CVSS v3.1 |
| A type confusion issue was addressed with improved checks. This issue is fixed in iOS 26.7 and iPadOS 26.7, iOS 27 and iPadOS 27, macOS Golden Gate 27, macOS Sequoia 15.8, macOS Tahoe 26.7, tvOS 27, visionOS 27, watchOS 27. An app may be able to cause unexpected system termination. |
| Type confusion in ServiceWorker in Google Chrome prior to 153.0.8010.47 allowed a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code inside the sandbox via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: High) |

| Multiple flaws have been identified in `named` related to the handling of DNS messages whose CLASS is not Internet (`IN`) — for example, `CHAOS` or `HESIOD`, or DNS messages that specify meta-classes (`ANY` or `NONE`) in the question section. Specially crafted requests reaching the affected code paths — recursion, dynamic updates (`UPDATE`), zone change notifications (`NOTIFY`), or processing of `IN`-specific record types in non-`IN` data — can cause assertion failures in `named`.
This issue affects BIND 9 versions 9.11.0 through 9.16.50, 9.18.0 through 9.18.48, 9.20.0 through 9.20.22, 9.21.0 through 9.21.21, 9.11.3-S1 through 9.16.50-S1, 9.18.11-S1 through 9.18.48-S1, and 9.20.9-S1 through 9.20.22-S1. |
| A maliciously constructed mail header could lead to multiple fields being parsed as one, or potential memory safety violations. This vulnerability was fixed in Thunderbird 156, Thunderbird 140.16, and Thunderbird 153.3. |
| Type confusion in CacheStorage in Google Chrome prior to 153.0.8010.47 allowed a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code inside the sandbox via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: High) |
| A security issue was discovered in MongoDB where an authenticated user with readWrite privileges could crash the mongod server process. By specifying a custom WiredTiger storage configuration option with an incompatible value during collection creation, a user could cause a type confusion in the storage engine layer. When documents were subsequently read from the misconfigured collection, the resulting mismatch in expected data format led to corrupted memory interpretation and a server crash. The crafted collection configuration persists across restarts, requiring manual operator intervention to remediate. |
| Suricata is a network Intrusion Detection System, Intrusion Prevention System and Network Security Monitoring engine. Prior to versions 7.0.16 and 8.0.5, a protocol change while processing HTTP/2 traffic could lead to type confusion in Suricata. Crafted traffic may cause Suricata to crash, resulting in denial of service. Versions 7.0.16 and 8.0.5 contain a fix. As a workaround, disable HTTP/2 parsing if it is not required. |
| A logic issue was addressed with improved state management. This issue is fixed in Safari 27, iOS 27 and iPadOS 27, macOS Golden Gate 27, tvOS 27, visionOS 27, watchOS 27. Processing maliciously crafted web content may lead to an unexpected process termination. |

| An issue in MongoDB Server's query subsystem could allow an authenticated user with read privileges to cause the server process to terminate unexpectedly by submitting a specially formed query filter. This could result in a denial of service. |
| On affected platforms running Arista EOS, if OpenConfig is configured and running a gNMI server on the system, and if gNSI Pathz is configured and a gNSI Pathz policy is present on the system, then gNMI may fail to correctly enforce the rules in this policy if both a group rule and a user rule for the same path is present in the policy. Under certain conditions, this can lead to an authenticated user gaining unauthorized permission to read or write gNMI paths that the Pathz policy is intended to restrict. |

| libcharon in strongSwan 5.9.7 through 6.0.7 mishandles behavioral workflow in the IKEv2 state machine. Because CREATE_CHILD_SA requests are mishandled, there can be an authentication bypass. |
