CVSS v3.1 |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
bpf, x86: fix freeing of not-finalized bpf_prog_pack
syzbot reported a few issues with bpf_prog_pack [1], [2]. This only happens
with multiple subprogs. In jit_subprogs(), we first call bpf_int_jit_compile()
on each sub program. And then, we call it on each sub program again. jit_data
is not freed in the first call of bpf_int_jit_compile(). Similarly we don't
call bpf_jit_binary_pack_finalize() in the first call of bpf_int_jit_compile().
If bpf_int_jit_compile() failed for one sub program, we will call
bpf_jit_binary_pack_finalize() for this sub program. However, we don't have a
chance to call it for other sub programs. Then we will hit "goto out_free" in
jit_subprogs(), and call bpf_jit_free on some subprograms that haven't got
bpf_jit_binary_pack_finalize() yet.
At this point, bpf_jit_binary_pack_free() is called and the whole 2MB page is
freed erroneously.
Fix this with a custom bpf_jit_free() for x86_64, which calls
bpf_jit_binary_pack_finalize() if necessary. Also, with custom
bpf_jit_free(), bpf_prog_aux->use_bpf_prog_pack is not needed any more,
remove it.

| MIT Kerberos 5 (aka krb5) before 1.17.2 and 1.18.x before 1.18.3 allows unbounded recursion via an ASN.1-encoded Kerberos message because the lib/krb5/asn.1/asn1_encode.c support for BER indefinite lengths lacks a recursion limit. |
| The VRRP parser in tcpdump before 4.9.3 has a buffer over-read in print-vrrp.c:vrrp_print() for VRRP version 3, a different vulnerability than CVE-2018-14463. |
| runc is a CLI tool for spawning and running containers according to the OCI specification. In versions 1.2.7, 1.3.2 and 1.4.0-rc.2, an attacker can trick runc into misdirecting writes to /proc to other procfs files through the use of a racing container with shared mounts (we have also verified this attack is possible to exploit using a standard Dockerfile with docker buildx build as that also permits triggering parallel execution of containers with custom shared mounts configured). This redirect could be through symbolic links in a tmpfs or theoretically other methods such as regular bind-mounts. While similar, the mitigation applied for the related CVE, CVE-2019-19921, was fairly limited and effectively only caused runc to verify that when LSM labels are written they are actually procfs files. This issue is fixed in versions 1.2.8, 1.3.3, and 1.4.0-rc.3. |
| runc is a CLI tool for spawning and running containers according to the OCI specification. Versions 1.0.0-rc3 through 1.2.7, 1.3.0-rc.1 through 1.3.2, and 1.4.0-rc.1 through 1.4.0-rc.2, due to insufficient checks when bind-mounting `/dev/pts/$n` to `/dev/console` inside the container, an attacker can trick runc into bind-mounting paths which would normally be made read-only or be masked onto a path that the attacker can write to. This attack is very similar in concept and application to CVE-2025-31133, except that it attacks a similar vulnerability in a different target (namely, the bind-mount of `/dev/pts/$n` to `/dev/console` as configured for all containers that allocate a console). This happens after `pivot_root(2)`, so this cannot be used to write to host files directly -- however, as with CVE-2025-31133, this can load to denial of service of the host or a container breakout by providing the attacker with a writable copy of `/proc/sysrq-trigger` or `/proc/sys/kernel/core_pattern` (respectively). This issue is fixed in versions 1.2.8, 1.3.3 and 1.4.0-rc.3. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
power: supply: fix null pointer dereferencing in power_supply_get_battery_info
when kmalloc() fail to allocate memory in kasprintf(), propname
will be NULL, strcmp() called by of_get_property() will cause
null pointer dereference.
So return ENOMEM if kasprintf() return NULL pointer. |
| runc is a CLI tool for spawning and running containers according to the OCI specification. In versions 1.2.7 and below, 1.3.0-rc.1 through 1.3.1, 1.4.0-rc.1 and 1.4.0-rc.2 files, runc would not perform sufficient verification that the source of the bind-mount (i.e., the container's /dev/null) was actually a real /dev/null inode when using the container's /dev/null to mask. This exposes two methods of attack: an arbitrary mount gadget, leading to host information disclosure, host denial of service, container escape, or a bypassing of maskedPaths. This issue is fixed in versions 1.2.8, 1.3.3 and 1.4.0-rc.3. |
| IBM Flexible Service Processor (FSP) FW860.00 through FW860.B3, FW950.00 through FW950.C0, FW1030.00 through FW1030.61, FW1050.00 through FW1050.21, and FW1060.00 through FW1060.10 has static credentials which may allow network users to gain service privileges to the FSP. |
| Werkzeug is a Web Server Gateway Interface web application library. On Python < 3.11 on Windows, os.path.isabs() does not catch UNC paths like //server/share. Werkzeug's safe_join() relies on this check, and so can produce a path that is not safe, potentially allowing unintended access to data. Applications using Python >= 3.11, or not using Windows, are not vulnerable. Werkzeug version 3.0.6 contains a patch. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
net: hibmcge: fix the division by zero issue
When the network port is down, the queue is released, and ring->len is 0.
In debugfs, hbg_get_queue_used_num() will be called,
which may lead to a division by zero issue.
This patch adds a check, if ring->len is 0,
hbg_get_queue_used_num() directly returns 0. |
| A security flaw has been discovered in Langfuse up to 3.88.0. Affected by this vulnerability is the function promptChangeEventSourcing of the file web/src/features/prompts/server/routers/promptRouter.ts of the component Webhook Handler. Performing manipulation results in server-side request forgery. The attack may be initiated remotely. A high degree of complexity is needed for the attack. The exploitation appears to be difficult. The exploit has been released to the public and may be exploited. |
| A vulnerability has been found in OpenClinica Community Edition up to 3.12.2/3.13. Affected by this issue is some unknown functionality of the file /ImportCRFData?action=confirm of the component CRF Data Import. Such manipulation of the argument xml_file leads to xml injection. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. |
| In dpc modem, there is a possible system crash due to null pointer dereference. This could lead to remote denial of service with no additional execution privileges needed |
| Exposure of Sensitive Information to an Unauthorized Actor vulnerability in Arm Ltd Valhall GPU Kernel Driver, Arm Ltd Arm 5th Gen GPU Architecture Kernel Driver allows a local non-privileged user process to perform improper GPU processing operations to expose sensitive data.This issue affects Valhall GPU Kernel Driver: from r29p0 through r49p4, from r50p0 through r54p0; Arm 5th Gen GPU Architecture Kernel Driver: from r41p0 through r49p4, from r50p0 through r54p0. |
| The JS-YAML module before 2.0.5 for Node.js parses input without properly considering the unsafe !!js/function tag, which allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via a crafted string that triggers an eval operation. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
netfilter: ipset: add the missing IP_SET_HASH_WITH_NET0 macro for ip_set_hash_netportnet.c
The missing IP_SET_HASH_WITH_NET0 macro in ip_set_hash_netportnet can
lead to the use of wrong `CIDR_POS(c)` for calculating array offsets,
which can lead to integer underflow. As a result, it leads to slab
out-of-bound access.
This patch adds back the IP_SET_HASH_WITH_NET0 macro to
ip_set_hash_netportnet to address the issue. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
btrfs: fix use-after-free of new block group that became unused
If a task creates a new block group and that block group becomes unused
before we finish its creation, at btrfs_create_pending_block_groups(),
then when btrfs_mark_bg_unused() is called against the block group, we
assume that the block group is currently in the list of block groups to
reclaim, and we move it out of the list of new block groups and into the
list of unused block groups. This has two consequences:
1) We move it out of the list of new block groups associated to the
current transaction. So the block group creation is not finished and
if we attempt to delete the bg because it's unused, we will not find
the block group item in the extent tree (or the new block group tree),
its device extent items in the device tree etc, resulting in the
deletion to fail due to the missing items;
2) We don't increment the reference count on the block group when we
move it to the list of unused block groups, because we assumed the
block group was on the list of block groups to reclaim, and in that
case it already has the correct reference count. However the block
group was on the list of new block groups, in which case no extra
reference was taken because it's local to the current task. This
later results in doing an extra reference count decrement when
removing the block group from the unused list, eventually leading the
reference count to 0.
This second case was caught when running generic/297 from fstests, which
produced the following assertion failure and stack trace:
[589.559] assertion failed: refcount_read(&block_group->refs) == 1, in fs/btrfs/block-group.c:4299
