| TS3 Manager is modern web interface for maintaining Teamspeak3 servers. Prior to 2.2.6, the /api/download handler in packages/server/routes/api.js passes the attacker-controlled port query parameter to socket.connect(port, host) and returns the resulting error.message through res.status(400).send(error.message) as text/html without a Content Security Policy. When a logged-in operator follows a crafted top-level link, the reflected value executes in the manager origin. The token cookie set in packages/ui/src/store/modules/query.js lacks HttpOnly, Secure, and an explicit SameSite attribute, allowing the script to read the token and call the autofillform event in packages/server/socket.js. autofillform returns the decoded JWT, including the cleartext ServerQuery password, enabling operator-session hijacking and control of the managed TeamSpeak server when the operator uses administrative ServerQuery credentials. A valid operator session and user interaction are required. This issue is fixed in 2.2.6. |

| The TranslatePress – Translate Multilingual sites with AI Translation plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via Translation Memory Suggestion Panel (v-html on suggestion.original) in all versions up to, and including, 3.3.5 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. Unauthenticated attackers can seed the translation dictionary's original column with executable HTML because the front-end rendering pipeline decodes entity-encoded payloads via html_entity_decode() before persistence, and the original column is deliberately exempt from kses filtering — meaning no save-time sanitizer neutralizes the stored payload before it is later rendered in an administrator's session. |

| OpenEye Apex Network Video Recorder (NVR) firmware 3.2.9.376 contains a hardcoded, undocumented recovery account with a shared credential that cannot be changed, disabled, or rotated. An unauthenticated remote attacker can use the account to authenticate to the password-reset workflow. The account does not provide normal administrator access; additional vulnerabilities are required to obtain an administrator takeover. | Nautobot is a Network Source of Truth and Network Automation Platform. Prior to 2.4.37 and 3.1.8, a user with extras.add_relationship or extras.change_relationship permission can store HTML or JavaScript in a Relationship description, and a user with dcim.add_modulefamily or dcim.change_modulefamily permission can store it in a Module Family name. Nautobot assigns these values to form field help_text rendered by render_field.html through Django's |safe filter without adequate neutralization. The stored content executes in the authenticated browser session of any user, including an administrator or superuser, who opens an affected create or edit form. This can enable actions as the victim, session or token theft, and further privilege escalation. This issue is fixed in versions 2.4.37 and 3.1.8. |
