| Products.ATContentTypes are the core content types for Plone 2.1 - 4.3. Versions of Plone that are dependent on Products.ATContentTypes prior to version 3.0.6 are vulnerable to reflected cross site scripting and open redirect when an attacker can get a compromised version of the image_view_fullscreen page in a cache, for example in Varnish. The technique is known as cache poisoning. Any later visitor can get redirected when clicking on a link on this page. Usually only anonymous users are affected, but this depends on the user's cache settings. Version 3.0.6 of Products.ATContentTypes has been released with a fix. This version works on Plone 5.2, Python 2 only. As a workaround, make sure the image_view_fullscreen page is not stored in the cache. | Issue summary: Checking excessively long DH keys or parameters may be very slow.
Impact summary: Applications that use the functions DH_check(), DH_check_ex()
or EVP_PKEY_param_check() to check a DH key or DH parameters may experience long
delays. Where the key or parameters that are being checked have been obtained
from an untrusted source this may lead to a Denial of Service.
The function DH_check() performs various checks on DH parameters. After fixing
CVE-2023-3446 it was discovered that a large q parameter value can also trigger
an overly long computation during some of these checks. A correct q value,
if present, cannot be larger than the modulus p parameter, thus it is
unnecessary to perform these checks if q is larger than p.
An application that calls DH_check() and supplies a key or parameters obtained
from an untrusted source could be vulnerable to a Denial of Service attack.
The function DH_check() is itself called by a number of other OpenSSL functions.
An application calling any of those other functions may similarly be affected.
The other functions affected by this are DH_check_ex() and
EVP_PKEY_param_check().
Also vulnerable are the OpenSSL dhparam and pkeyparam command line applications
when using the "-check" option.
The OpenSSL SSL/TLS implementation is not affected by this issue.
The OpenSSL 3.0 and 3.1 FIPS providers are not affected by this issue. |

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
ublk: detach gendisk from ublk device if add_disk() fails
Inside ublk_abort_requests(), gendisk is grabbed for aborting all
inflight requests. And ublk_abort_requests() is called when exiting
the uring context or handling timeout.
If add_disk() fails, the gendisk may have been freed when calling
ublk_abort_requests(), so use-after-free can be caused when getting
disk's reference in ublk_abort_requests().
Fixes the bug by detaching gendisk from ublk device if add_disk() fails. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
tcp: Fix Use-After-Free in tcp_ao_connect_init
Since call_rcu, which is called in the hlist_for_each_entry_rcu traversal
of tcp_ao_connect_init, is not part of the RCU read critical section, it
is possible that the RCU grace period will pass during the traversal and
the key will be free.
To prevent this, it should be changed to hlist_for_each_entry_safe. |

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
nbd: fix uaf in nbd_open
Commit 4af5f2e03013 ("nbd: use blk_mq_alloc_disk and
blk_cleanup_disk") cleans up disk by blk_cleanup_disk() and it won't set
disk->private_data as NULL as before. UAF may be triggered in nbd_open()
if someone tries to open nbd device right after nbd_put() since nbd has
been free in nbd_dev_remove().
Fix this by implementing ->free_disk and free private data in it. |
