| In the MISP sachertortephp library, the Xml::build() static method in lib/Cake/Utility/Xml.php contains a logic error in the conditional that gates network-based XML fetching. The original condition was written as: $options['readFile'] && strpos($input, 'http://') === 0 || strpos($input, 'https://') === 0. Because PHP's && operator has higher precedence than ||, the expression is evaluated as ($options['readFile'] && strpos($input, 'http://') === 0) || strpos($input, 'https://') === 0. As a result, when a caller explicitly sets the readFile option to false to disable file and URL reading, an input string beginning with https:// still satisfies the condition and triggers a network fetch via HttpSocket (configured to follow up to 10 redirects). The http:// branch is correctly gated by the readFile flag, but the https:// branch is not. An attacker who can influence the $input parameter passed to Xml::build() can therefore force the application to issue an outbound HTTPS request to an attacker-controlled or internal URL, even though the caller intended to suppress all remote reads. The fetched response is parsed as XML and may be returned to the caller, enabling information disclosure from internal services or external targets. This constitutes a Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) weakness with an information-disclosure impact. The vulnerability requires that the code path in Xml::build() be reachable with attacker-controlled input and that the readFile option be set to false (or the caller expects it to be false). |
| CloudTAK is a browser-based Common Operating Picture and situational awareness tool compatible with TAK. Prior to 13.22.1, the authenticated PUT /api/basemap endpoint passes an attacker-controlled URL through importBasemapURL() in api/routes/basemap.ts to fetch(url) without resolved-address classification or redirect revalidation. BasemapProtocol.isValidURL in api/lib/interface-basemap.ts checks only the HTTP or HTTPS scheme and is not applied on the vulnerable import path. Direct internal addresses, alternate IP encodings, and redirects to internal addresses can reach cloud metadata, loopback, private, and CGNAT HTTP services. The OptionalTileJSON response reflects fields including name, attribution, and tiles[0] to the caller, making the request forgery full-read rather than blind and enabling cloud credential theft and internal service disclosure. This issue is fixed in version 13.22.1. |

| A Server-Side Request Forgery vulnerability exists in sat_proxy.php in Zenith Satellite Tracker 1.0. The script accepts an attacker-controlled address URL parameter and passes it to curl_setopt(CURLOPT_URL) without host or scheme validation. | A server-side request forgery (SSRF) vulnerability exists in the UnifiedLogin service of Altium Enterprise Server. An unauthenticated network attacker can cause the server to issue outbound HTTP requests to a destination of the attacker's choosing, including internal services that are reachable only from the server itself.
One such internal service exposes server configuration and credential material without authentication, relying only on the request originating locally. Because the forged requests originate from the server process, that check is satisfied. An unauthenticated attacker can therefore retrieve stored credentials and use them to obtain an administrative session, resulting in full compromise of the server and all of its services. Altium 365 cloud deployments are not affected, as the affected endpoint is disabled in cloud mode. |

| Missing Authentication for Critical Function, Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF), and Use of Hard-coded Credentials in ASUS Control Center allow an unauthorized user to obtain the encryption key via an HTTP request, causing a local service to enable SSH on port 2222. The attacker can then log in with the hardcode credentials to obtain a root shell, enabling direct reading, writing, and deletion of data on ASUS Control Center, as well as remote control of all servers, PCs, and workstations within the company.

| OpenCTI is an open source platform for managing cyber threat intelligence knowledge and observables. Prior to 7.260701.0, the synchronizerFetch GraphQL query called fetchRemoteStreams after checking only that a remote stream URL used HTTP or HTTPS. The backend did not apply the ingestion deny list or reject private, loopback, and link-local destinations, allowing an authenticated account with the INGESTION capability to make OpenCTI request internal services and cloud metadata endpoints. Returned connection errors could distinguish open HTTP ports, open non-HTTP ports, and closed ports, enabling internal network scanning, while compatible endpoint responses could disclose internal data. This issue is fixed in version 7.260701.0. |
