CVSS v3.1 |
PolicyController is a utility used to enforce supply chain policy in Kubernetes clusters. In versions prior to 0.2.1 PolicyController will report a false positive, resulting in an admission when it should not be admitted when there is at least one attestation with a valid signature and there are NO attestations of the type being verified (--type defaults to "custom"). An example image that can be used to test this is `ghcr.io/distroless/static@sha256:dd7614b5a12bc4d617b223c588b4e0c833402b8f4991fb5702ea83afad1986e2`. Users should upgrade to version 0.2.1 to resolve this issue. There are no workarounds for users unable to upgrade.
The WooCommerce Pre-Orders WordPress plugin before 2.0.3 has a flawed CSRF check when processing its tab actions, which could allow attackers to make logged in admins email pre-orders customer, change the released date, mark all pre-orders of a specific product as complete or cancel via CSRF attacks
The WooCommerce Pre-Orders WordPress plugin before 2.0.3 has a flawed CSRF check when canceling pre-orders, which could allow attackers to make logged in admins cancel arbitrary pre-orders via a CSRF attack
Flux is an open and extensible continuous delivery solution for Kubernetes. Versions prior to 0.35.0 are subject to a Denial of Service. Users that have permissions to change Flux’s objects, either through a Flux source or directly within a cluster, can provide invalid data to fields `.spec.interval` or `.spec.timeout` (and structured variations of these fields), causing the entire object type to stop being processed. This issue is patched in version 0.35.0. As a workaround, Admission controllers can be employed to restrict the values that can be used for fields `.spec.interval` and `.spec.timeout`, however upgrading to the latest versions is still the recommended mitigation.
A vulnerability was found in Linux Kernel. It has been declared as problematic. This vulnerability affects the function vsock_connect of the file net/vmw_vsock/af_vsock.c. The manipulation leads to memory leak. The complexity of an attack is rather high. The exploitation appears to be difficult. It is recommended to apply a patch to fix this issue. VDB-211930 is the identifier assigned to this vulnerability.
A vulnerability classified as problematic has been found in Linux Kernel. Affected is the function j1939_session_destroy of the file net/can/j1939/transport.c. The manipulation leads to memory leak. It is recommended to apply a patch to fix this issue. The identifier of this vulnerability is VDB-211932.
OvalEdge 5.2.8.0 and earlier is affected by a Sensitive Data Exposure vulnerability via a GET request to /user/getUserWithTeam. Authentication is required. The information disclosed is associated with all registered user ID numbers.
OpenZeppelin Contracts for Cairo is a library for contract development written in Cairo for StarkNet, a decentralized ZK Rollup. Version 0.2.0 is vulnerable to an error that renders account contracts unusable on live networks. This issue affects all accounts (vanilla and ethereum flavors) in the v0.2.0 release of OpenZeppelin Contracts for Cairo, which are not whitelisted on StarkNet mainnet. Only goerli deployments of v0.2.0 accounts are affected. This faulty behavior is not observed in StarkNet's testing framework. This bug has been patched in v0.2.1.
cosign is a container signing and verification utility. In versions prior to 1.10.1 cosign can report a false positive if any attestation exists. `cosign verify-attestation` used with the `--type` flag will report a false positive verification when there is at least one attestation with a valid signature and there are NO attestations of the type being verified (--type defaults to "custom"). This can happen when signing with a standard keypair and with "keyless" signing with Fulcio. This vulnerability can be reproduced with the `distroless.dev/static@sha256:dd7614b5a12bc4d617b223c588b4e0c833402b8f4991fb5702ea83afad1986e2` image. This image has a `vuln` attestation but not an `spdx` attestation. However, if you run `cosign verify-attestation --type=spdx` on this image, it incorrectly succeeds. This issue has been addressed in version 1.10.1 of cosign. Users are advised to upgrade. There are no known workarounds for this issue.
IOWOW is a C utility library and persistent key/value storage engine. Versions 1.4.15 and prior contain a stack buffer overflow vulnerability that allows for Denial of Service (DOS) when it parses scientific notation numbers present in JSON. A patch for this issue is available at commit a79d31e4cff1d5a08f665574b29fd885897a28fd in the `master` branch of the repository. There are no workarounds other than applying the patch.
jadx is a set of command line and GUI tools for producing Java source code from Android Dex and Apk files. versions prior to 1.4.5 are subject to a Denial of Service when opening zip files with HTML sequences. This issue has been patched in version 1.4.5. There are no known workarounds.
| A vulnerability in Apache CXF before versions 3.5.5 and 3.4.10 allows an attacker to perform a remote directory listing or code exfiltration. The vulnerability only applies when the CXFServlet is configured with both the static-resources-list and redirect-query-check attributes. These attributes are not supposed to be used together, and so the vulnerability can only arise if the CXF service is misconfigured.

Private Browsing tabs may be accessed without authentication. This issue is fixed in iOS 17 and iPadOS 17. The issue was addressed with improved UI.
A path handling issue was addressed with improved validation. This issue is fixed in iOS 17 and iPadOS 17, iOS 16.7 and iPadOS 16.7, macOS Sonoma 14, macOS Ventura 13.6, macOS Monterey 12.7. A sandboxed process may be able to circumvent sandbox restrictions.
Use after free in DevTools in Google Chrome prior to 132.0.6834.159 allowed a remote attacker to potentially exploit heap corruption via a crafted Chrome Extension. (Chromium security severity: Medium)
In Modem, there is a possible out of bounds write due to an incorrect bounds check. This could lead to local escalation of privilege if a malicious actor has already obtained the System privilege. User interaction is not needed for exploitation. Patch ID: MOLY01399339; Issue ID: MSV-1928.
In wlan STA driver, there is a possible reachable assertion due to improper exception handling. This could lead to local denial of service if a malicious actor has already obtained the System privilege. User interaction is not needed for exploitation. Patch ID: WCNCR00389047 / ALPS09136505; Issue ID: MSV-1798.
File Upload vulnerability in ChestnutCMS through 1.5.0. Based on the code analysis, it was determined that the /api/member/avatar API endpoint receives a base64 string as input. This string is then passed to the memberService.uploadAvatarByBase64 method for processing. Within the service, the base64-encoded image is parsed. For example, given a string like: data:image/html;base64,PGh0bWw+PGltZyBzcmM9eCBvbmVycm9yPWFsZXJ0KDEpPjwvaHRtbD4= the content after the comma is extracted and decoded using Base64.getDecoder().decode(). The substring from the 11th character up to the first occurrence of a semicolon (;) is assigned to the suffix variable (representing the file extension). The decoded content is then written to a file. However, the file extension is not validated, and since this functionality is exposed to the frontend, it poses significant security risks.
The issue was addressed with improved memory handling. This issue is fixed in macOS Monterey 12.6.2, macOS Ventura 13.1. An app may be able to disclose kernel memory.
A persistent (stored) cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability has been identified in Automad 2.0.0-alpha.4. This vulnerability enables an attacker to inject malicious JavaScript code into the template body. The injected code is stored within the flat file CMS and is executed in the browser of any user visiting the forum.
