As of time of publication, no known patched versions exist.
CVE-2024-25621 1 Linuxfoundation 1 Containerd 2025-12-31 7.3 High
containerd is an open-source container runtime. Versions 0.1.0 through 1.7.28, 2.0.0-beta.0 through 2.0.6, 2.1.0-beta.0 through 2.1.4 and 2.2.0-beta.0 through 2.2.0-rc.1 have an overly broad default permission vulnerability. Directory paths `/var/lib/containerd`, `/run/containerd/io.containerd.grpc.v1.cri` and `/run/containerd/io.containerd.sandbox.controller.v1.shim` were all created with incorrect permissions. This issue is fixed in versions 1.7.29, 2.0.7, 2.1.5 and 2.2.0. Workarounds include updating system administrator permissions so the host can manually chmod the directories to not have group or world accessible permissions, or to run containerd in rootless mode.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: misc: fastrpc: fix memory corruption on open The probe session-duplication overflow check incremented the session count also when there were no more available sessions so that memory beyond the fixed-size slab-allocated session array could be corrupted in fastrpc_session_alloc() on open().
CVE-2025-66575 1 Veepn 1 Veepn 2025-12-30 7.8 High
VeeVPN 1.6.1 contains an unquoted service path vulnerability in the VeePNService that allows remote attackers to execute code during startup or reboot with escalated privileges. Attackers can exploit this by providing a malicious service name, allowing them to inject commands and run as LocalSystem.
CVE-2025-30005 1 Xorcom 1 Completepbx 2025-12-27 8.3 High
Xorcom CompletePBX is vulnerable to a path traversal via the Diagnostics reporting module, which will allow reading of arbitrary files and additionally delete any retrieved file in place of the expected report. This issue affects CompletePBX: all versions up to and prior to 5.2.35
CVE-2025-30004 1 Xorcom 1 Completepbx 2025-12-27 8.8 High
Xorcom CompletePBX is vulnerable to command injection in the administrator Task Scheduler functionality, allowing for attackers to execute arbitrary commands as the root user. This issue affects CompletePBX: all versions up to and prior to 5.2.35
CVE-2024-8957 1 Ptzoptics 5 Pt30x-ndi-xx-g2, Pt30x-ndi-xx-g2 Firmware, Pt30x-ndi Firmware and 2 more 2025-12-27 7.2 High
PTZOptics PT30X-SDI/NDI-xx before firmware 6.3.40 is vulnerable to an OS command injection issue. The camera does not sufficiently validate the ntp_addr configuration value which may lead to arbitrary command execution when ntp_client is started. When chained with CVE-2024-8956, a remote and unauthenticated attacker can execute arbitrary OS commands on affected devices.
CVE-2024-35791 3 Debian, Linux, Redhat 4 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux and 1 more 2025-12-23 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: KVM: SVM: Flush pages under kvm->lock to fix UAF in svm_register_enc_region() Do the cache flush of converted pages in svm_register_enc_region() before dropping kvm->lock to fix use-after-free issues where region and/or its array of pages could be freed by a different task, e.g. if userspace has __unregister_enc_region_locked() already queued up for the region. Note, the "obvious" alternative of using local variables doesn't fully resolve the bug, as region->pages is also dynamically allocated. I.e. the region structure itself would be fine, but region->pages could be freed. Flushing multiple pages under kvm->lock is unfortunate, but the entire flow is a rare slow path, and the manual flush is only needed on CPUs that lack coherency for encrypted memory.

CVE-2024-38588 2 Debian, Linux 2 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel 2025-12-23 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ftrace: Fix possible use-after-free issue in ftrace_location() KASAN reports a bug: BUG: KASAN: use-after-free in ftrace_location+0x90/0x120 Read of size 8 at addr ffff888141d40010 by task insmod/424 CPU: 8 PID: 424 Comm: insmod Tainted: G W 6.9.0-rc2+ [...] Call Trace: <TASK> dump_stack_lvl+0x68/0xa0 print_report+0xcf/0x610 kasan_report+0xb5/0xe0 ftrace_location+0x90/0x120 register_kprobe+0x14b/0xa40 kprobe_init+0x2d/0xff0 [kprobe_example] do_one_initcall+0x8f/0x2d0 do_init_module+0x13a/0x3c0 load_module+0x3082/0x33d0 init_module_from_file+0xd2/0x130 __x64_sys_finit_module+0x306/0x440 do_syscall_64+0x68/0x140 entry_SYSCALL_64_after_hwframe+0x71/0x79 The root cause is that, in lookup_rec(), ftrace record of some address is being searched in ftrace pages of some module, but those ftrace pages at the same time is being freed in ftrace_release_mod() as the corresponding module is being deleted: CPU1 | CPU2 register_kprobes() { | delete_module() { check_kprobe_address_safe() { | arch_check_ftrace_location() { | ftrace_location() { | lookup_rec() // USE! | ftrace_release_mod() // Free! To fix this issue: 1. Hold rcu lock as accessing ftrace pages in ftrace_location_range(); 2. Use ftrace_location_range() instead of lookup_rec() in ftrace_location(); 3. Call synchronize_rcu() before freeing any ftrace pages both in ftrace_process_locs()/ftrace_release_mod()/ftrace_free_mem().
CVE-2024-38545 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2025-12-23 7.8 High
