CVSS v3.1 |
| Fetch FTP Client 5.8.2 contains a denial of service vulnerability that allows attackers to trigger 100% CPU consumption by sending long server responses. Attackers can send specially crafted FTP server responses exceeding 2K bytes to cause excessive resource utilization and potentially crash the application. |
| H3C SSL VPN contains a user enumeration vulnerability that allows attackers to identify valid usernames through the 'txtUsrName' POST parameter. Attackers can submit different usernames to the login_submit.cgi endpoint and analyze response messages to distinguish between existing and non-existing accounts. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
rapidio: devices: fix missing put_device in mport_cdev_open
When kfifo_alloc fails, the refcount of chdev->dev is left incremental.
We should use put_device(&chdev->dev) to decrease the ref count of
chdev->dev to avoid refcount leak. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
security: Restrict CONFIG_ZERO_CALL_USED_REGS to gcc or clang > 15.0.6
A bad bug in clang's implementation of -fzero-call-used-regs can result
in NULL pointer dereferences (see the links above the check for more
information). Restrict CONFIG_CC_HAS_ZERO_CALL_USED_REGS to either a
supported GCC version or a clang newer than 15.0.6, which will catch
both a theoretical 15.0.7 and the upcoming 16.0.0, which will both have
the bug fixed. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
erofs: fix missing unmap if z_erofs_get_extent_compressedlen() fails
Otherwise, meta buffers could be leaked. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
crypto: hisilicon/zip - fix mismatch in get/set sgl_sge_nr
KASAN reported this Bug:
[17619.659757] BUG: KASAN: global-out-of-bounds in param_get_int+0x34/0x60
[17619.673193] Read of size 4 at addr fffff01332d7ed00 by task read_all/1507958
...
[17619.698934] The buggy address belongs to the variable:
[17619.708371] sgl_sge_nr+0x0/0xffffffffffffa300 [hisi_zip]
There is a mismatch in hisi_zip when get/set the variable sgl_sge_nr.
The type of sgl_sge_nr is u16, and get/set sgl_sge_nr by
param_get/set_int.
Replacing param_get/set_int to param_get/set_ushort can fix this bug. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
perf/arm_dmc620: Fix hotplug callback leak in dmc620_pmu_init()
dmc620_pmu_init() won't remove the callback added by
cpuhp_setup_state_multi() when platform_driver_register() failed. Remove
the callback by cpuhp_remove_multi_state() in fail path.
Similar to the handling of arm_ccn_init() in commit 26242b330093 ("bus:
arm-ccn: Prevent hotplug callback leak") |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
ext2: Add sanity checks for group and filesystem size
Add sanity check that filesystem size does not exceed the underlying
device size and that group size is big enough so that metadata can fit
into it. This avoid trying to mount some crafted filesystems with
extremely large group counts. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
SUNRPC: Don't leak netobj memory when gss_read_proxy_verf() fails |
| Improper handling of input could lead to an XSS vector in the checkAttribute method of the input filter framework class. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
clk: tegra: Fix refcount leak in tegra114_clock_init
of_find_matching_node() returns a node pointer with refcount
incremented, we should use of_node_put() on it when not need anymore.
Add missing of_node_put() to avoid refcount leak. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
tpm: tpm_tis: Add the missed acpi_put_table() to fix memory leak
In check_acpi_tpm2(), we get the TPM2 table just to make
sure the table is there, not used after the init, so the
acpi_put_table() should be added to release the ACPI memory. |
| Improper handling of authentication requests lead to a user enumeration vector in the passkey authentication method. |
| skops is a Python library which helps users share and ship their scikit-learn based models. In versions 0.12.0 and below, the Card.get_model does not contain any logic to prevent arbitrary code execution. The Card.get_model function supports both joblib and skops for model loading. When loading .skops models, it uses skops' secure loading with trusted type validation, raising errors for untrusted types unless explicitly allowed. However, when non-.zip file formats are provided, the function silently falls back to joblib without warning. Unlike skops, joblib allows arbitrary code execution during loading, bypassing security measures and potentially enabling malicious code execution. This issue is fixed in version 0.13.0. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
usb: typec: wusb3801: fix fwnode refcount leak in wusb3801_probe()
I got the following report while doing fault injection test:
OF: ERROR: memory leak, expected refcount 1 instead of 4,
of_node_get()/of_node_put() unbalanced - destroy cset entry:
attach overlay node /i2c/tcpc@60/connector
If wusb3801_hw_init() fails, fwnode_handle_put() needs be called to
avoid refcount leak. |
| Tiny-Scientist is a lightweight framework for automating the entire lifecycle of scientific research—from ideation to implementation, writing, and review. In versions 0.1.1 and below, a critical path traversal vulnerability has been identified in the review_paper function in backend/app.py. The vulnerability allows malicious users to access arbitrary PDF files on the server by providing crafted file paths that bypass the intended security restrictions. This vulnerability allows attackers to: read any PDF file accessible to the server process, potentially access sensitive documents outside the intended directory and perform reconnaissance on the server's file system structure. This issue does not currently have a fix. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
ipu3-imgu: Fix NULL pointer dereference in imgu_subdev_set_selection()
Calling v4l2_subdev_get_try_crop() and v4l2_subdev_get_try_compose()
with a subdev state of NULL leads to a NULL pointer dereference. This
can currently happen in imgu_subdev_set_selection() when the state
passed in is NULL, as this method first gets pointers to both the "try"
and "active" states and only then decides which to use.
The same issue has been addressed for imgu_subdev_get_selection() with
commit 30d03a0de650 ("ipu3-imgu: Fix NULL pointer dereference in active
selection access"). However the issue still persists in
imgu_subdev_set_selection().
Therefore, apply a similar fix as done in the aforementioned commit to
imgu_subdev_set_selection(). To keep things a bit cleaner, introduce
helper functions for "crop" and "compose" access and use them in both
imgu_subdev_set_selection() and imgu_subdev_get_selection(). |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
scsi: lpfc: Fix memory leak in lpfc_create_port()
Commit 5e633302ace1 ("scsi: lpfc: vmid: Add support for VMID in mailbox
command") introduced allocations for the VMID resources in
lpfc_create_port() after the call to scsi_host_alloc(). Upon failure on the
VMID allocations, the new code would branch to the 'out' label, which
returns NULL without unwinding anything, thus skipping the call to
scsi_host_put().
Fix the problem by creating a separate label 'out_free_vmid' to unwind the
VMID resources and make the 'out_put_shost' label call only
scsi_host_put(), as was done before the introduction of allocations for
VMID. |
| pyLoad is the free and open-source Download Manager written in pure Python. Prior to version 0.5.0b3.dev91, the parameter add_links in API /json/add_package is vulnerable to SQL Injection. Attackers can modify or delete data in the database, causing data errors or loss. This issue has been patched in version 0.5.0b3.dev91. |
| The TLS4B ATG system is vulnerable to improper handling of Unix time values that exceed the 2038 epoch rollover. When the system clock reaches January 19, 2038, it resets to December 13, 1901, causing authentication failures and disrupting core system functionalities such as login access, history visibility, and leak detection termination. This vulnerability could allow an attacker to manipulate the system time to trigger a denial of service (DoS) condition, leading to administrative lockout, operational timer failures, and corrupted log entries. |
