CVSS v3.1 |
| A vulnerability in the Web Authentication feature of Cisco IOS XE Software could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to conduct a reflected cross-site scripting attack (XSS) on an affected device.
This vulnerability is due to improper sanitization of user-supplied input. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by persuading a user to click a malicious link. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to execute a reflected XSS attack and steal user cookies from the affected device. |
| A vulnerability in the Device Analytics action frame processing of Cisco Wireless Access Point (AP) Software could allow an unauthenticated, adjacent attacker to inject wireless 802.11 action frames with arbitrary information.
This vulnerability is due to insufficient verification checks of incoming 802.11 action frames. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending 802.11 Device Analytics action frames with arbitrary parameters. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to inject Device Analytics action frames with arbitrary information, which could modify the Device Analytics data of valid wireless clients that are connected to the same wireless controller. |
| A vulnerability in the IPv6 Router Advertisement (RA) packet processing of Cisco Access Point Software could allow an unauthenticated, adjacent attacker to modify the IPv6 gateway on an affected device.
This vulnerability is due to a logic error in the processing of IPv6 RA packets that are received from wireless clients. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by associating to a wireless network and sending a series of crafted IPv6 RA packets. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to temporarily change the IPv6 gateway of an affected device. This could also lead to intermittent packet loss for any wireless clients that are associated with the affected device. |
| Due to missing authorization checks, SAP HCM My Timesheet Fiori 2.0 application allows an authenticated attacker with in-depth system knowledge to escalate privileges and perform activities that are otherwise restricted, resulting in a low impact on the integrity of the application. Confidentiality and availability are not impacted. |
| "This issue is limited to motherboards and does not affect laptops, desktop computers, or other endpoints." An insufficient validation in ASUS DriverHub may allow unauthorized sources to interact with the software's features via crafted HTTP requests.
Refer to the 'Security Update for ASUS DriverHub' section on the ASUS Security Advisory for more information. |
| A remote code execution (RCE) vulnerability exists in the ms-swift project version 3.3.0 due to unsafe deserialization in tests/run.py using yaml.load() from the PyYAML library (versions = 5.3.1). If an attacker can control the content of the YAML configuration file passed to the --run_config parameter, arbitrary code can be executed during deserialization. This can lead to full system compromise. The vulnerability is triggered when a malicious YAML file is loaded, allowing the execution of arbitrary Python commands such as os.system(). It is recommended to upgrade PyYAML to version 5.4 or higher, and to use yaml.safe_load() to mitigate the issue. |
| A deserialization vulnerability exists in Volcengine's verl 3.0.0, specifically in the scripts/model_merger.py script when using the "fsdp" backend. The script calls torch.load() with weights_only=False on user-supplied .pt files, allowing attackers to execute arbitrary code if a maliciously crafted model file is loaded. An attacker can exploit this by convincing a victim to download and place a malicious model file in a local directory with a specific filename pattern. This vulnerability may lead to arbitrary code execution with the privileges of the user running the script. |
| OS Command Injection in iSTAR Ultra products web application allows an authenticated attacker to gain even more privileged access ('root' user) to the device firmware. |
| The Debian zuluPolkit/CMakeLists.txt file for zuluCrypt through the zulucrypt_6.2.0-1 package has insecure PolicyKit allow_any/allow_inactive/allow_active settings that allow a local user to escalate their privileges to root. |
| wb2osz/direwolf (Dire Wolf) versions up to and including 1.8, prior to commit 3658a87, contain a reachable assertion vulnerability in the APRS MIC-E decoder function aprs_mic_e() located in src/decode_aprs.c. When processing a specially crafted AX.25 frame containing a MIC-E message with an empty or truncated comment field, the application triggers an unhandled assertion checking for a non-empty comment. This assertion failure causes immediate process termination, allowing a remote, unauthenticated attacker to cause a denial of service by sending malformed APRS traffic. |
| AVEVA PI Data Archive products
are vulnerable to an uncaught exception that, if exploited, could allow
an authenticated user to shut down certain necessary PI Data Archive
subsystems, resulting in a denial of service. |
| Encryption is missing on the configuration interface for Growatt ShineLan-X and MIC 3300TL-X. This allows an attacker with access to the network to intercept and potentially manipulate communication requests between the inverter and its cloud endpoint. |
| The authentication mechanism on web interface is not properly implemented. It is possible to bypass authentication checks by crafting a post request with new settings since there is no session token or authentication in place. This would allow an attacker for instance to point the device to an arbitrary address for domain name resolution to e.g. facililitate a man-in-the-middle (MitM) attack. |
| The LCD KVM over IP Switch CL5708IM has a Heap-based Buffer Overflow vulnerability in firmware versions prior to v2.2.215, allowing unauthenticated remote attackers to exploit this vulnerability to perform a denial-of-service attack. |
| The LCD KVM over IP Switch CL5708IM has a Heap-based Buffer Overflow vulnerability in firmware versions prior to v2.2.215, allowing unauthenticated remote attackers to exploit this vulnerability to perform a denial-of-service attack. |
| The LCD KVM over IP Switch CL5708IM has a Stack-based Buffer Overflow vulnerability in firmware versions prior to v2.2.215, allowing unauthenticated remote attackers to exploit this vulnerability to execute arbitrary code on the device. |
| Komga is a media server for comics, mangas, BDs, magazines and eBooks. A Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability has been discovered in versions 1.8.0 through 1.21.3 when serving EPUB resources, either directly from the API, or when reading using the epub reader. The vulnerability lets an attacker perform actions on the victim's behalf. When targeting an admin user, this can be combined with controlling a server-side command to achieve arbitrary code execution. For this vulnerability to be exploited, a malicious EPUB file has to be present in a Komga library, and subsequently accessed in the Epub reader by an admin user. Version 1.22.0 contains a patch for the issue. |
| In Akka through 2.10.6, akka-cluster-metrics uses Java serialization for cluster metrics. |
| iSTAR Ultra performs a firmware verification on boot, however the verification does not inspect certain portions of the firmware. These firmware parts may contain malicious code. Tested up to firmware 6.9.2, later firmwares are also possibly affected. |
| The modelscope/ms-swift library thru 2.6.1 is vulnerable to arbitrary code execution through deserialization of untrusted data within the `load_model_meta()` function of the `ModelFileSystemCache()` class. Attackers can execute arbitrary code and commands by crafting a malicious serialized `.mdl` payload, exploiting the use of `pickle.load()` on data from potentially untrusted sources. This vulnerability allows for remote code execution (RCE) by deceiving victims into loading a seemingly harmless checkpoint during a normal training process, thereby enabling attackers to execute arbitrary code on the targeted machine. Note that the payload file is a hidden file, making it difficult for the victim to detect tampering. More importantly, during the model training process, after the `.mdl` file is loaded and executes arbitrary code, the normal training process remains unaffected'meaning the user remains unaware of the arbitrary code execution. |
