CVSS v3.1 |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
power: supply: cw2015: Fix potential null-ptr-deref in cw_bat_probe()
cw_bat_probe() calls create_singlethread_workqueue() and not checked the
ret value, which may return NULL. And a null-ptr-deref may happen:
cw_bat_probe()
create_singlethread_workqueue() # failed, cw_bat->wq is NULL
queue_delayed_work()
queue_delayed_work_on()
__queue_delayed_work() # warning here, but continue
__queue_work() # access wq->flags, null-ptr-deref
Check the ret value and return -ENOMEM if it is NULL. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
RDMA/hns: fix memory leak in hns_roce_alloc_mr()
When hns_roce_mr_enable() failed in hns_roce_alloc_mr(), mr_key is not
released. Compiled test only. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
powerpc/pseries: fix possible memory leak in ibmebus_bus_init()
If device_register() returns error in ibmebus_bus_init(), name of kobject
which is allocated in dev_set_name() called in device_add() is leaked.
As comment of device_add() says, it should call put_device() to drop
the reference count that was set in device_initialize() when it fails,
so the name can be freed in kobject_cleanup(). |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
drm/msm/hdmi: Add missing check for alloc_ordered_workqueue
Add check for the return value of alloc_ordered_workqueue as it may return
NULL pointer and cause NULL pointer dereference in `hdmi_hdcp.c` and
`hdmi_hpd.c`.

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
wifi: rsi: Do not configure WoWlan in shutdown hook if not enabled
In case WoWlan was never configured during the operation of the system,
the hw->wiphy->wowlan_config will be NULL. rsi_config_wowlan() checks
whether wowlan_config is non-NULL and if it is not, then WARNs about it.
The warning is valid, as during normal operation the rsi_config_wowlan()
should only ever be called with non-NULL wowlan_config. In shutdown this
rsi_config_wowlan() should only ever be called if WoWlan was configured
before by the user.
Add checks for non-NULL wowlan_config into the shutdown hook. While at it,
check whether the wiphy is also non-NULL before accessing wowlan_config .
Drop the single-use wowlan_config variable, just inline it into function
call. |
| EDK2 contains a vulnerability in the HashPeImageByType(). A user may cause a read out of bounds when a corrupted data pointer and length are sent via an adjecent network. A successful exploit of this vulnerability may lead to a loss of Integrity and/or Availability. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
drm/vmwgfx: Fix memory leak in vmw_mksstat_add_ioctl()
If the copy of the description string from userspace fails, then the page
for the instance descriptor doesn't get freed before returning -EFAULT,
which leads to a memleak. |
| Salt's request server is vulnerable to replay attacks when not using a TLS encrypted transport. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
misc: ocxl: fix possible name leak in ocxl_file_register_afu()
If device_register() returns error in ocxl_file_register_afu(),
the name allocated by dev_set_name() need be freed. As comment
of device_register() says, it should use put_device() to give
up the reference in the error path. So fix this by calling
put_device(), then the name can be freed in kobject_cleanup(),
and info is freed in info_release(). |
| Sensitive information disclosure due to missing authentication. The following products are affected: Acronis True Image (macOS) before build 41725, Acronis True Image (Windows) before build 41736, Acronis True Image OEM (macOS) before build 42571, Acronis True Image OEM (Windows) before build 42575. |
| New API is a large language mode (LLM) gateway and artificial intelligence (AI) asset management system. An authenticated Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) vulnerability exists in versions prior to 0.9.0.5. A feature within the application allows authenticated users to submit a URL for the server to process its content. The application fails to properly validate this user-supplied URL before making a server-side request. This vulnerability is not limited to image URLs and can be triggered with any link provided to the vulnerable endpoint. Since user registration is often enabled by default, any registered user can exploit this. By crafting a malicious URL, an attacker can coerce the server to send requests to arbitrary internal or external services. The vulnerability has been patched in version 0.9.0.5. The patch introduces a comprehensive, user-configurable SSRF protection module, which is enabled by default to protect server security. This new feature provides administrators with granular control over outbound requests made by the server. For users who cannot upgrade immediately, some temporary mitigation options are available. Enable new-api image processing worker (new-api-worker) and/or configure egress firewall rules. |
| Out-of-bounds vulnerability in curve segmentation processing of Generic PCL6 V4 Printer Driver / Generic UFR II V4 Printer Driver / Generic LIPSLX V4 Printer Driver. |
| Out-of-bounds vulnerability due to improper memory release during image rendering in Generic PCL6 V4 Printer Driver / Generic UFR II V4 Printer Driver / Generic LIPSLX V4 Printer Driver. |
| A remote attacker with web administrator privileges can exploit the device’s web interface to execute arbitrary system commands through the NTP settings. Successful exploitation may result in the device entering an infinite reboot loop, leading to a total or partial denial of connectivity for downstream systems that rely on its network services. |
| This vulnerability involves command injection in tcpdump within Moxa products, enabling an authenticated attacker with console access to exploit improper input validation to inject and execute systems commands. Successful exploitation could result in privilege escalation, allowing the attacker to gain root shell access and maintain persistent control over the device, potentially disrupting network services and affecting the availability of downstream systems that rely on its connectivity. |
| A potential vulnerability has been identified in HP Anyware Agent for Linux which might allow for authentication bypass which may result in escalation of privilege. HP is releasing a software update to mitigate this potential vulnerability. |
| libarchive through 3.7.7 has a heap-based buffer over-read in header_gnu_longlink in archive_read_support_format_tar.c via a TAR archive because it mishandles truncation in the middle of a GNU long linkname. |
| IBM Db2 Big SQL on Cloud Pak for Data versions 7.6 (on CP4D 4.8), 7.7 (on CP4D 5.0), and 7.8 (on CP4D 5.1) do not properly limit the allocation of system resources. An authenticated user with internal knowledge of the environment could exploit this weakness to cause a denial of service. |
| A flaw was found in the GTK library. Under certain conditions, it is possible for a library to be injected into a GTK application from the current working directory. |
| Improper input validation performed during the authentication process of FlashArray could lead to a system Denial of Service. |
