CVSS v3.1 |
| Mite for Perl before 0.013000 generates code with the current working directory ('.') added to the @INC path similar to CVE-2016-1238.
If an attacker can place a malicious file in current working directory, it may be
loaded instead of the intended file, potentially leading to arbitrary
code execution.
This affects the Mite distribution itself, and other distributions that contain code generated by Mite. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
scsi: ufs: core: Fix data race in CPU latency PM QoS request handling
The cpu_latency_qos_add/remove/update_request interfaces lack internal
synchronization by design, requiring the caller to ensure thread safety.
The current implementation relies on the 'pm_qos_enabled' flag, which is
insufficient to prevent concurrent access and cannot serve as a proper
synchronization mechanism. This has led to data races and list
corruption issues.
A typical race condition call trace is:
[Thread A]
ufshcd_pm_qos_exit()
--> cpu_latency_qos_remove_request()
--> cpu_latency_qos_apply();
--> pm_qos_update_target()
--> plist_del <--(1) delete plist node
--> memset(req, 0, sizeof(*req));
--> hba->pm_qos_enabled = false;
[Thread B]
ufshcd_devfreq_target
--> ufshcd_devfreq_scale
--> ufshcd_scale_clks
--> ufshcd_pm_qos_update <--(2) pm_qos_enabled is true
--> cpu_latency_qos_update_request
--> pm_qos_update_target
--> plist_del <--(3) plist node use-after-free
Introduces a dedicated mutex to serialize PM QoS operations, preventing
data races and ensuring safe access to PM QoS resources, including sysfs
interface reads. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
xen/events: Return -EEXIST for bound VIRQs
Change find_virq() to return -EEXIST when a VIRQ is bound to a
different CPU than the one passed in. With that, remove the BUG_ON()
from bind_virq_to_irq() to propogate the error upwards.
Some VIRQs are per-cpu, but others are per-domain or global. Those must
be bound to CPU0 and can then migrate elsewhere. The lookup for
per-domain and global will probably fail when migrated off CPU 0,
especially when the current CPU is tracked. This now returns -EEXIST
instead of BUG_ON().
A second call to bind a per-domain or global VIRQ is not expected, but
make it non-fatal to avoid trying to look up the irq, since we don't
know which per_cpu(virq_to_irq) it will be in. |
| MinIO is a High Performance Object Storage released under GNU Affero General Public License v3.0. `If-Modified-Since` and `If-Unmodified-Since` headers when used with anonymous requests by sending a random object name requests can be used to determine if an object exists or not on the server on a specific bucket and also gain access to some amount of
information such as `Last-Modified (of the latest version)`, `Etag (of the latest version)`, `x-amz-version-id (of the latest version)`, `Expires (metadata value of the latest version)`, `Cache-Control (metadata value of the latest version)`. This conditional check was being honored before validating if the anonymous access is indeed allowed on the metadata of an object. This issue has been addressed in commit `e0fe7cc3917`. Users must upgrade to RELEASE.2024-05-27T19-17-46Z for the fix. There are no known workarounds for this issue. |
| InfluxDB OSS 2.x through 2.7.11 stores the administrative operator token under the default organization which allows authorized users with read access to the authorization resource of the default organization to retrieve the operator token. InfluxDB OSS 1.x, Enterprise, Cloud, Cloud Dedicated and Clustered are not affected. NOTE: The researcher states that InfluxDB allows allAccess administrators to retrieve all raw tokens via an "influx auth ls" command. The supplier indicates that the organizations feature is operating as intended and that users may choose to add users to non-default organizations. A future release of InfluxDB 2.x will remove the ability to retrieve tokens from the API. The supplier has stated that InfluxDB 2.8.0 has addressed this issue. |
| Improper input validation in UEFI firmware for some Intel(R) Processors may allow a privileged user to potentially enable escalation of privilege via local access. |
| Seth Fogie, member of the AXIS Camera Station Pro Bug Bounty Program, has found that the Incident report feature may expose sensitive credentials on the AXIS Camera Station windows client. If Incident report is not being used with credentials configured this flaw does not apply.
Axis has released patched versions for the highlighted flaw. Please refer to the Axis security advisory for more information and solution. |
| Gee-netics, member of the AXIS Camera Station Pro Bug Bounty Program has found that it is possible for a non-admin user to gain system privileges by redirecting a file deletion upon service restart.
Axis has released patched versions for the highlighted flaw. Please refer to the Axis security advisory for more information and solution. |
| A vulnerability has been identified within Rancher Manager where a missing server-side validation on the `.username` field in Rancher can allow users with update permissions on other User resources to cause denial of access for targeted accounts. |
| In chainmaker-go (aka ChainMaker) before 2.4.0, when making frequent updates to a node's configuration file and restarting this node, concurrent writes by logger.go to a map are mishandled. Creating other logs simultaneously can lead to a read-write conflict and panic. |
| In chainmaker-go (aka ChainMaker) before 2.3.6, multiple updates to a single node's configuration can cause other normal nodes to perform concurrent read and write operations on a map, leading to a panic. |
| A vulnerability was found in ouch-org ouch up to 0.3.1. It has been classified as critical. This affects the function ouch::archive::zip::convert_zip_date_time of the file zip.rs. The manipulation of the argument month leads to memory corruption. The attack needs to be approached locally. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. Upgrading to version 0.4.0 is able to address this issue. It is recommended to upgrade the affected component. |
| The Awesome Support – WordPress HelpDesk & Support Plugin plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Sensitive Information Exposure in all versions up to, and including, 6.3.1 via the 'awesome-support' directory. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to extract sensitive data stored insecurely in the /wp-content/uploads/awesome-support directory which can contain file attachments included in support tickets. The vulnerability was partially patched in version 6.3.1. |
| An issue was discovered in Lustre versions 2.13.x, 2.14.x, and 2.15.x before 2.15.4, allows attackers to escalate privileges and obtain sensitive information via Incorrect Access Control. |
| The WDesignKit – Elementor & Gutenberg Starter Templates, Patterns, Cloud Workspace & Widget Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via custom widgets in all versions up to, and including, 1.2.3 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. Please note that you may need to recreate any custom widgets or reinstall the plugin to ensure the issue is adequately patched. |
| A remote code execution vulnerability exists in invoke-ai/invokeai versions 5.3.1 through 5.4.2 via the /api/v2/models/install API. The vulnerability arises from unsafe deserialization of model files using torch.load without proper validation. Attackers can exploit this by embedding malicious code in model files, which is executed upon loading. This issue is fixed in version 5.4.3. |
| A buffer overflow vulnerability has been identified in PostScript interpreter in various Lexmark devices. The vulnerability can be leveraged by an attacker to execute arbitrary code.
|
| APM server logs could contain parts of the document body from a partially failed bulk index request. Depending on the nature of the document, this could disclose sensitive information in APM Server error logs. |
| The Run Contests, Raffles, and Giveaways with ContestsWP plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Reflected Cross-Site Scripting due to the use of add_query_arg without appropriate escaping on the URL in all versions up to, and including, 2.0.3. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that execute if they can successfully trick a user into performing an action such as clicking on a link. |
| The Include Mastodon Feed plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the plugin's 'include-mastodon-feed' shortcode in all versions up to, and including, 1.9.4 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user supplied attributes. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. |
