CVSS v3.1 |
| Exposure of Sensitive Information in Shared Microarchitectural Structures during Transient Execution for some Intel(R) Processors may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable information disclosure via local access. |
| The SocialV - Social Network and Community BuddyPress Theme theme for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized access of data due to a missing capability check on the 'socialv_send_download_file' function in all versions up to, and including, 2.0.15. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Subscriber-level access and above, to download arbitrary files from the target system. |
| The JS Help Desk – The Ultimate Help Desk & Support Plugin plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Insecure Direct Object Reference in all versions up to, and including, 2.8.8 via the 'exportusereraserequest' due to missing validation on a user controlled key. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Subscriber-level permissions and above, to export ticket data for any user. |
| The Big Boom Directory plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the plugin's 'bbd-search' shortcode in all versions up to, and including, 2.5.0 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user supplied attributes. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. |

| A NULL pointer dereference vulnerability has been identified in the JavaScript library microlight version 0.0.7, a lightweight syntax highlighting library. When processing elements with non-standard CSS color values, the library fails to validate the result of a regular expression match before accessing its properties, leading to an uncaught TypeError and potential application crash. NOTE: this is disputed by multiple parties because there is no common scenario in which an adversary can insert those non-standard values. |
| A denial of service (DoS) vulnerability has been identified in the JavaScript library microlight version 0.0.7. This library, used for syntax highlighting, does not limit the size of textual content it processes in HTML elements with the microlight class. When excessively large content (e.g., 100 million characters) is processed, the reset function in microlight.js consumes excessive memory and CPU resources, causing browser crashes or unresponsiveness. An attacker can exploit this vulnerability by tricking a user into visiting a malicious web page containing a microlight element with large content, resulting in a denial of service. NOTE: this is disputed by multiple parties because a large amount of memory and CPU resources is expected to be needed for content of that size. |
| A vulnerability has been identified in Industrial Edge Device Kit - arm64 V1.17 (All versions), Industrial Edge Device Kit - arm64 V1.18 (All versions), Industrial Edge Device Kit - arm64 V1.19 (All versions), Industrial Edge Device Kit - arm64 V1.20 (All versions < V1.20.2-1), Industrial Edge Device Kit - arm64 V1.21 (All versions < V1.21.1-1), Industrial Edge Device Kit - x86-64 V1.17 (All versions), Industrial Edge Device Kit - x86-64 V1.18 (All versions), Industrial Edge Device Kit - x86-64 V1.19 (All versions), Industrial Edge Device Kit - x86-64 V1.20 (All versions < V1.20.2-1), Industrial Edge Device Kit - x86-64 V1.21 (All versions < V1.21.1-1), Industrial Edge Own Device (IEOD) (All versions < V1.21.1-1-a), Industrial Edge Virtual Device (All versions < V1.21.1-1-a), SCALANCE LPE9413 (6GK5998-3GS01-2AC2) (All versions < V2.1), SIMATIC IPC BX-39A Industrial Edge Device (All versions < V3.0), SIMATIC IPC BX-59A Industrial Edge Device (All versions < V3.0), SIMATIC IPC127E Industrial Edge Device (All versions < V3.0), SIMATIC IPC227E Industrial Edge Device (All versions < V3.0), SIMATIC IPC427E Industrial Edge Device (All versions < V3.0), SIMATIC IPC847E Industrial Edge Device (All versions < V3.0). Affected devices do not properly enforce user authentication on specific API endpoints when identity federation is used. This could facilitate an unauthenticated remote attacker to circumvent authentication and impersonate a legitimate user. Successful exploitation requires that identity federation is currently or has previously been used and the attacker has learned the identity of a legitimate user. |
| The Gallery Blocks with Lightbox. Image Gallery, (HTML5 video , YouTube, Vimeo) Video Gallery and Lightbox for native gallery plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the ‘galleryID’ and 'className' parameters in all versions up to, and including, 3.2.1 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. |
| Advanced Installer before 22.6 has an uncontrolled search path element local privilege escalation vulnerability. When running as SYSTEM in certain configurations, Advanced Installer looks in standard-user writable locations for non-existent binaries and executes them as SYSTEM. A low-privileged attacker can place a malicious binary in a targeted folder; when the installer is executed, the attacker achieves arbitrary SYSTEM code execution. |
| Insufficient Session Expiration vulnerability in ash-project ash_authentication_phoenix allows Session Hijacking. This vulnerability is associated with program files lib/ash_authentication_phoenix/controller.ex.
This issue affects ash_authentication_phoenix until 2.10.0. |
| Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability in YITHEMES YITH PayPal Express Checkout for WooCommerce allows Cross Site Request Forgery. This issue affects YITH PayPal Express Checkout for WooCommerce: from n/a through 1.49.0. |
| Kafbat UI is a web user interface for managing Apache Kafka clusters. An unsafe deserialization vulnerability in version 1.0.0 allows any unauthenticated user to execute arbitrary code on the server. Version 1.1.0 fixes the issue. |
| Jackson-core contains core low-level incremental ("streaming") parser and generator abstractions used by Jackson Data Processor. Starting in version 2.0.0 and prior to version 2.13.0, a flaw in jackson-core's `JsonLocation._appendSourceDesc` method allows up to 500 bytes of unintended memory content to be included in exception messages. When parsing JSON from a byte array with an offset and length, the exception message incorrectly reads from the beginning of the array instead of the logical payload start. This results in possible information disclosure in systems using pooled or reused buffers, like Netty or Vert.x. This issue was silently fixed in jackson-core version 2.13.0, released on September 30, 2021, via PR #652. All users should upgrade to version 2.13.0 or later. If upgrading is not immediately possible, applications can mitigate the issue by disabling exception message exposure to clients to avoid returning parsing exception messages in HTTP responses and/or disabling source inclusion in exceptions to prevent Jackson from embedding any source content in exception messages, avoiding leakage. |

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
posix-timers: Prevent RT livelock in itimer_delete()
itimer_delete() has a retry loop when the timer is concurrently expired. On
non-RT kernels this just spin-waits until the timer callback has completed,
except for posix CPU timers which have HAVE_POSIX_CPU_TIMERS_TASK_WORK
enabled.
In that case and on RT kernels the existing task could live lock when
preempting the task which does the timer delivery.
Replace spin_unlock() with an invocation of timer_wait_running() to handle
it the same way as the other retry loops in the posix timer code. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
md/raid5-cache: fix a deadlock in r5l_exit_log()
Commit b13015af94cf ("md/raid5-cache: Clear conf->log after finishing
work") introduce a new problem:
// caller hold reconfig_mutex
r5l_exit_log
flush_work(&log->disable_writeback_work)
r5c_disable_writeback_async
wait_event
/*
* conf->log is not NULL, and mddev_trylock()
* will fail, wait_event() can never pass.
*/
conf->log = NULL
Fix this problem by setting 'config->log' to NULL before wake_up() as it
used to be, so that wait_event() from r5c_disable_writeback_async() can
exist. In the meantime, move forward md_unregister_thread() so that
null-ptr-deref this commit fixed can still be fixed. |
| Requests is a HTTP library. Due to a URL parsing issue, Requests releases prior to 2.32.4 may leak .netrc credentials to third parties for specific maliciously-crafted URLs. Users should upgrade to version 2.32.4 to receive a fix. For older versions of Requests, use of the .netrc file can be disabled with `trust_env=False` on one's Requests Session. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
iavf: use internal state to free traffic IRQs
If the system tries to close the netdev while iavf_reset_task() is
running, __LINK_STATE_START will be cleared and netif_running() will
return false in iavf_reinit_interrupt_scheme(). This will result in
iavf_free_traffic_irqs() not being called and a leak as follows:
[7632.489326] remove_proc_entry: removing non-empty directory 'irq/999', leaking at least 'iavf-enp24s0f0v0-TxRx-0'
[7632.490214] WARNING: CPU: 0 PID: 10 at fs/proc/generic.c:718 remove_proc_entry+0x19b/0x1b0
is shown when pci_disable_msix() is later called. Fix by using the
internal adapter state. The traffic IRQs will always exist if
state == __IAVF_RUNNING. |
