CVSS v3.1 |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
kprobes: Skip clearing aggrprobe's post_handler in kprobe-on-ftrace case
In __unregister_kprobe_top(), if the currently unregistered probe has
post_handler but other child probes of the aggrprobe do not have
post_handler, the post_handler of the aggrprobe is cleared. If this is
a ftrace-based probe, there is a problem. In later calls to
disarm_kprobe(), we will use kprobe_ftrace_ops because post_handler is
NULL. But we're armed with kprobe_ipmodify_ops. This triggers a WARN in
__disarm_kprobe_ftrace() and may even cause use-after-free:
Failed to disarm kprobe-ftrace at kernel_clone+0x0/0x3c0 (error -2)

For the kprobe-on-ftrace case, we keep the post_handler setting to
identify this aggrprobe armed with kprobe_ipmodify_ops. This way we
can disarm it correctly. |
| Strapi through 4.5.5 allows attackers (with access to the admin panel) to discover sensitive user details by exploiting the query filter. The attacker can filter users by columns that contain sensitive information and infer a value from API responses. If the attacker has super admin access, then this can be exploited to discover the password hash and password reset token of all users. If the attacker has admin panel access to an account with permission to access the username and email of API users with a lower privileged role (e.g., Editor or Author), then this can be exploited to discover sensitive information for all API users but not other admin accounts. |
| Strapi through 4.5.5 does not verify the access or ID tokens issued during the OAuth flow when the AWS Cognito login provider is used for authentication. A remote attacker could forge an ID token that is signed using the 'None' type algorithm to bypass authentication and impersonate any user that use AWS Cognito for authentication. |
| Strapi through 4.5.5 allows authenticated Server-Side Template Injection (SSTI) that can be exploited to execute arbitrary code on the server. A remote attacker with access to the Strapi admin panel can inject a crafted payload that executes code on the server into an email template that bypasses the validation checks that should prevent code execution. |
| Incorrect Content-Type header in one of the APIs (`text/html` instead of `application/json`) replies may potentially allow injection of HTML/JavaScript into reply.This issue affects BLU-IC2: through 1.19.5; BLU-IC4: through 1.19.5. |
| A vulnerability was found in vhost_new_msg in drivers/vhost/vhost.c in the Linux kernel, which does not properly initialize memory in messages passed between virtual guests and the host operating system in the vhost/vhost.c:vhost_new_msg() function. This issue can allow local privileged users to read some kernel memory contents when reading from the /dev/vhost-net device file. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
ksmbd: fix possible refcount leak in smb2_open()
Reference count of acls will leak when memory allocation fails. Fix this
by adding the missing posix_acl_release(). |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
igb: revert rtnl_lock() that causes deadlock
The commit 6faee3d4ee8b ("igb: Add lock to avoid data race") adds
rtnl_lock to eliminate a false data race shown below
(FREE from device detaching) | (USE from netdev core)
igb_remove | igb_ndo_get_vf_config
igb_disable_sriov | vf >= adapter->vfs_allocated_count?
kfree(adapter->vf_data) |
adapter->vfs_allocated_count = 0 |
| memcpy(... adapter->vf_data[vf]
The above race will never happen and the extra rtnl_lock causes deadlock

Since the igb_disable_sriov() will call pci_disable_sriov() before
releasing any resources, the netdev core will synchronize the cleanup to
avoid any races. This patch removes the useless rtnl_(un)lock to guarantee
correctness. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
net/mlx5: E-Switch, Fix an Oops in error handling code
The error handling dereferences "vport". There is nothing we can do if
it is an error pointer except returning the error code. |
| A Path Traversal vulnerability exists in the parisneo/lollms-webui, specifically within the 'add_reference_to_local_mode' function due to the lack of input sanitization. This vulnerability affects versions v9.6 to the latest. By exploiting this vulnerability, an attacker can predict the folders, subfolders, and files present on the victim's computer. The vulnerability is present in the way the application handles the 'path' parameter in HTTP requests to the '/add_reference_to_local_model' endpoint. |
| Multiple vectors in HCL Domino Volt and Domino Leap allow client-side
script injection in the authoring environment and deployed applications. |
| A vulnerability classified as problematic was found in HDF5 up to 1.14.6. This vulnerability affects the function H5F__accum_free of the file src/H5Faccum.c. The manipulation of the argument overlap_size leads to heap-based buffer overflow. Attacking locally is a requirement. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. |
| Unchecked Error Condition vulnerability in Apache Tomcat. If Tomcat is configured to use a custom Jakarta Authentication (formerly JASPIC) ServerAuthContext component which may throw an exception during the authentication process without explicitly setting an HTTP status to indicate failure, the authentication may not fail, allowing the user to bypass the authentication process. There are no known Jakarta Authentication components that behave in this way.
This issue affects Apache Tomcat: from 11.0.0-M1 through 11.0.0-M26, from 10.1.0-M1 through 10.1.30, from 9.0.0-M1 through 9.0.95.
The following versions were EOL at the time the CVE was created but are
known to be affected: 8.5.0 though 8.5.100. Other EOL versions may also be affected.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 11.0.0, 10.1.31 or 9.0.96, which fix the issue. |
| Integer Overflow or Wraparound vulnerability in Cesanta Mongoose Web Server v7.14 allows an attacker to send an unexpected TLS packet and produce a segmentation fault on the application. |
| Improper input validation in Samsung Members prior to version 5.5.01.3 allows remote attackers to connect arbitrary URL and launch arbitrary activity with Samsung Members privilege. User interaction is required for triggering this vulnerability. |
| A vulnerability was reported in the Open vSwitch sub-component in the Linux Kernel. The flaw occurs when a recursive operation of code push recursively calls into the code block. The OVS module does not validate the stack depth, pushing too many frames and causing a stack overflow. As a result, this can lead to a crash or other related issues. |
