CVE-2026-44007 2 Patriksimek, Vm2 Project 2 Vm2, Vm2 2026-05-15 9.1 Critical
vm2 is an open source vm/sandbox for Node.js. Prior to 3.11.1, when a NodeVM is created with nesting: true, sandbox code can unconditionally require('vm2') regardless of the outer VM's require configuration — including require: false. With access to vm2, the sandbox constructs a new inner NodeVM with its own unrestricted require settings and executes arbitrary OS commands on the host. Any application that runs untrusted code inside a NodeVM with nesting: true is fully compromised. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.11.1.
CVE-2026-44005 2 Patriksimek, Vm2 Project 2 Vm2, Vm2 2026-05-15 10 Critical
vm2 is an open source vm/sandbox for Node.js. From 3.9.6 to 3.10.5, vm2's bridge exposes mutable proxies for real host-realm intrinsic prototypes and then forwards sandbox writes into the underlying host objects with otherReflectSet() and otherReflectDefineProperty(), which lets attacker-controlled JavaScript running in a default VM or inherited NodeVM mutate shared host Object.prototype, Array.prototype, and Function.prototype from inside the sandbox This vulnerability is fixed in 3.11.0.
CVE-2026-44009 2 Patriksimek, Vm2 Project 2 Vm2, Vm2 2026-05-15 9.8 Critical
vm2 is an open source vm/sandbox for Node.js. Prior to 3.11.2, This vulnerability is fixed in 3.11.2.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: media: uvcvideo: Return queued buffers on start_streaming() failure Return buffers if streaming fails to start due to uvc_pm_get() error. This bug may be responsible for a warning I got running while :; do yavta -c3 /dev/video0; done on an xHCI controller which failed under this workload. I had no luck reproducing this warning again to confirm. xhci_hcd 0000:09:00.0: HC died; cleaning up usb 13-2: USB disconnect, device number 2 WARNING: CPU: 2 PID: 29386 at drivers/media/common/videobuf2/videobuf2-core.c:1803 vb2_start_streaming+0xac/0x120
CVE-2026-43291 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-05-14 8.3 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: nfc: nci: Fix parameter validation for packet data Since commit 9c328f54741b ("net: nfc: nci: Add parameter validation for packet data") communication with nci nfc chips is not working any more. The mentioned commit tries to fix access of uninitialized data, but failed to understand that in some cases the data packet is of variable length and can therefore not be compared to the maximum packet length given by the sizeof(struct).
CVE-2026-42561 1 Kludex 1 Python-multipart 2026-05-14 7.5 High
Python-Multipart is a streaming multipart parser for Python. Prior to 0.0.27, python-multipart has a denial of service vulnerability in multipart part header parsing. When parsing multipart/form-data, MultipartParser previously had no limit on the number of part headers or the size of an individual part header. An attacker could send a request with either many repeated headers without terminating the header block or a single very large header value, causing excessive CPU work before request rejection or completion. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.0.27.
CVE-2026-44008 2 Patriksimek, Vm2 Project 2 Vm2, Vm2 2026-05-14 9.8 Critical
vm2 is an open source vm/sandbox for Node.js. Prior to 3.11.2, the new method neutralizeArraySpeciesBatch works with objects from the other side but can call into this side via getter on the array prototype exposing objects of the wrong side into the sandbox. This can be used to get host objects and get the host Function object. This allows attackers to write code which can escape from the VM2 sandbox and execute arbitrary commands on the host system. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.11.2.
CVE-2026-45411 2 Patriksimek, Vm2 Project 2 Vm2, Vm2 2026-05-14 9.8 Critical
vm2 is an open source vm/sandbox for Node.js. Prior to 3.11.3, it is possible to catch a host exception using the yield* expression inside an async generator. When the generator is closed using the return function, the value is awaited on and exceptions thrown in the then call will be caught by the runtime and passed to the yield* iterator as the next value. This allows attackers to write code which can escape from the VM2 sandbox and execute arbitrary commands on the host system. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.11.3.
CVE-2026-43999 2 Patriksimek, Vm2 Project 2 Vm2, Vm2 2026-05-14 9.9 Critical
vm2 is an open source vm/sandbox for Node.js. Prior to 3.11.0, NodeVM's builtin allowlist can be bypassed when the module builtin is allowed (including via the '*' wildcard). The module builtin exposes Node's Module._load(), which loads any module by name directly in the host context, completely bypassing vm2's builtin restriction. This allows sandboxed code to load excluded builtins like child_process and achieve remote code execution. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.11.0.
CVE-2026-44431 2 Python, Urllib3 2 Urllib3, Urllib3 2026-05-14 5.3 Medium
urllib3 is an HTTP client library for Python. From 1.23 to before 2.7.0, cross-origin redirects followed from the low-level API via ProxyManager.connection_from_url().urlopen(..., assert_same_host=False) still forward these sensitive headers. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.7.0.
CVE-2026-44293 2 Protobuf, Protobufjs Project 2 Protobuf, Protobufjs 2026-05-14 8.8 High
protobufjs compiles protobuf definitions into JavaScript (JS) functions. Prior to 7.5.6 and 8.0.2, protobufjs generated JavaScript for toObject conversion could include an unsafe expression derived from a schema-controlled bytes field default value. A crafted descriptor with a non-string default value for a bytes field could cause attacker-controlled code to be emitted into the generated conversion function. This vulnerability is fixed in 7.5.6 and 8.0.2.
CVE-2026-43997 2 Patriksimek, Vm2 Project 2 Vm2, Vm2 2026-05-14 10 Critical
vm2 is an open source vm/sandbox for Node.js. Prior to 3.11.0, it is possible to obtain the host Object. There are various ways to use the host Object, to escape the sandbox, one example would be using HostObject.getOwnPropertySymbols to obtain Symbol(nodejs.util.inspect.custom). This vulnerability is fixed in 3.11.0.
CVE-2026-43998 2 Patriksimek, Vm2 Project 2 Vm2, Vm2 2026-05-14 8.5 High
vm2 is an open source vm/sandbox for Node.js. In 3.10.5, NodeVM's require.root path restriction can be bypassed using filesystem symlinks, allowing sandboxed code to load modules from outside the allowed root directory in host context. Because path validation uses path.resolve() (which does not dereference symlinks) but module loading uses Node's native require() (which does), an attacker can load arbitrary host-realm modules and achieve remote code execution. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.11.0.
CVE-2026-44004 2 Patriksimek, Vm2 Project 2 Vm2, Vm2 2026-05-14 7.5 High
vm2 is an open source vm/sandbox for Node.js. Prior to 3.11.0, sandboxed code can call Buffer.alloc() with an arbitrary size to allocate memory directly on the host heap. Because Buffer.alloc is a synchronous C++ native call, vm2's timeout option cannot interrupt it. A single request can exhaust host memory and crash the process with a FATAL ERROR: Reached heap limit. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.11.0.
CVE-2026-44006 2 Patriksimek, Vm2 Project 2 Vm2, Vm2 2026-05-14 10 Critical
vm2 is an open source vm/sandbox for Node.js. Prior to 3.11.0, It is possible to reach BaseHandler.getPrototypeOf, which can be used to get arbitrary prototypes. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.11.0.
CVE-2026-44289 2 Protobuf, Protobufjs Project 2 Protobuf, Protobufjs 2026-05-14 7.5 High
protobufjs compiles protobuf definitions into JavaScript (JS) functions. Prior to 7.5.6 and 8.0.2, protobufjs could recurse without a depth limit while decoding nested protobuf data. This affected both skipping unknown group fields and generated decoding of nested message fields. A crafted protobuf binary payload could cause the JavaScript call stack to be exhausted during decoding. This vulnerability is fixed in 7.5.6 and 8.0.2.
CVE-2026-8496 1 Alinto 1 Sogo 2026-05-14 6.1 Medium
A cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability exists in Alinto SOGo, version 5.12.7. A maliciously crafted ICS calendar invitation files allows arbitrary JavaScript execution within the authenticated SOGo webmail session. The issue occurs because SVG content embedded in the description field of an ICS file, with an onrepeat event handler, is insufficiently sanitized before being rendered in the webmail interface. A remote attacker can execute JavaScript in the victim's browser when the malicious calendar invite is viewed. Successful exploitation may allow mailbox access, email and contact theft, session hijacking, and other actions allowed by an authenticated user.
CVE-2022-4984 2 Easycorp, Zentao 6 Zentao Biz, Zentao Max, Zentao Open Source Edition and 3 more 2026-05-14 N/A
ZenTao Biz < 6.5, ZenTao Max < 3.0, ZenTao Open Source Edition < 16.5, and ZenTao Open Source Edition < 16.5.beta1 contain an SQL injection vulnerability in the login functionality. The application does not properly validate the account parameter on /zentao/user-login.html before using it in a database query. A remote unauthenticated attacker can exploit this issue to execute crafted SQL expressions and retrieve sensitive information from the backend database, including user and application data. Exploitation evidence was observed by the Shadowserver Foundation on 2025-02-07 UTC.
CVE-2026-43896 1 Jqlang 1 Jq 2026-05-13 6.2 Medium
jq is a command-line JSON processor. In 1.8.1 and earlier, unbounded recursion in jv_object_merge_recursive() allows a crafted jq program to crash the process with a segfault. The function is reachable through the * operator when both operands are objects.
CVE-2026-43158 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-05-13 8.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: xfs: fix freemap adjustments when adding xattrs to leaf blocks xfs/592 and xfs/794 both trip this assertion in the leaf block freemap adjustment code after ~20 minutes of running on my test VMs: ASSERT(ichdr->firstused >= ichdr->count * sizeof(xfs_attr_leaf_entry_t) + xfs_attr3_leaf_hdr_size(leaf)); Upon enabling quite a lot more debugging code, I narrowed this down to fsstress trying to set a local extended attribute with namelen=3 and valuelen=71. This results in an entry size of 80 bytes. At the start of xfs_attr3_leaf_add_work, the freemap looks like this: i 0 base 448 size 0 rhs 448 count 46 i 1 base 388 size 132 rhs 448 count 46 i 2 base 2120 size 4 rhs 448 count 46 firstused = 520 where "rhs" is the first byte past the end of the leaf entry array. This is inconsistent -- the entries array ends at byte 448, but freemap[1] says there's free space starting at byte 388! By the end of the function, the freemap is in worse shape: i 0 base 456 size 0 rhs 456 count 47 i 1 base 388 size 52 rhs 456 count 47 i 2 base 2120 size 4 rhs 456 count 47 firstused = 440 Important note: 388 is not aligned with the entries array element size of 8 bytes. Based on the incorrect freemap, the name area starts at byte 440, which is below the end of the entries array! That's why the assertion triggers and the filesystem shuts down. How did we end up here? First, recall from the previous patch that the freemap array in an xattr leaf block is not intended to be a comprehensive map of all free space in the leaf block. In other words, it's perfectly legal to have a leaf block with: * 376 bytes in use by the entries array * freemap[0] has [base = 376, size = 8] * freemap[1] has [base = 388, size = 1500] * the space between 376 and 388 is free, but the freemap stopped tracking that some time ago If we add one xattr, the entries array grows to 384 bytes, and freemap[0] becomes [base = 384, size = 0]. So far, so good. But if we add a second xattr, the entries array grows to 392 bytes, and freemap[0] gets pushed up to [base = 392, size = 0]. This is bad, because freemap[1] hasn't been updated, and now the entries array and the free space claim the same space. The fix here is to adjust all freemap entries so that none of them collide with the entries array. Note that this fix relies on commit 2a2b5932db6758 ("xfs: fix attr leaf header freemap.size underflow") and the previous patch that resets zero length freemap entries to have base = 0.
