CVE-2025-38101 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2025-11-20 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ring-buffer: Fix buffer locking in ring_buffer_subbuf_order_set() Enlarge the critical section in ring_buffer_subbuf_order_set() to ensure that error handling takes place with per-buffer mutex held, thus preventing list corruption and other concurrency-related issues.
CVE-2022-50144 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2025-11-20 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: soundwire: revisit driver bind/unbind and callbacks In the SoundWire probe, we store a pointer from the driver ops into the 'slave' structure. This can lead to kernel oopses when unbinding codec drivers, e.g. with the following sequence to remove machine driver and codec driver. /sbin/modprobe -r snd_soc_sof_sdw /sbin/modprobe -r snd_soc_rt711 The full details can be found in the BugLink below, for reference the two following examples show different cases of driver ops/callbacks being invoked after the driver .remove(). kernel: BUG: kernel NULL pointer dereference, address: 0000000000000150 kernel: Workqueue: events cdns_update_slave_status_work [soundwire_cadence] kernel: RIP: 0010:mutex_lock+0x19/0x30 kernel: Call Trace: kernel: ? sdw_handle_slave_status+0x426/0xe00 [soundwire_bus 94ff184bf398570c3f8ff7efe9e32529f532e4ae] kernel: ? newidle_balance+0x26a/0x400 kernel: ? cdns_update_slave_status_work+0x1e9/0x200 [soundwire_cadence 1bcf98eebe5ba9833cd433323769ac923c9c6f82] kernel: BUG: unable to handle page fault for address: ffffffffc07654c8 kernel: Workqueue: pm pm_runtime_work kernel: RIP: 0010:sdw_bus_prep_clk_stop+0x6f/0x160 [soundwire_bus] kernel: Call Trace: kernel: <TASK> kernel: sdw_cdns_clock_stop+0xb5/0x1b0 [soundwire_cadence 1bcf98eebe5ba9833cd433323769ac923c9c6f82] kernel: intel_suspend_runtime+0x5f/0x120 [soundwire_intel aca858f7c87048d3152a4a41bb68abb9b663a1dd] kernel: ? dpm_sysfs_remove+0x60/0x60 This was not detected earlier in Intel tests since the tests first remove the parent PCI device and shut down the bus. The sequence above is a corner case which keeps the bus operational but without a driver bound. While trying to solve this kernel oopses, it became clear that the existing SoundWire bus does not deal well with the unbind case. Commit 528be501b7d4a ("soundwire: sdw_slave: add probe_complete structure and new fields") added a 'probed' status variable and a 'probe_complete' struct completion. This status is however not reset on remove and likewise the 'probe complete' is not re-initialized, so the bind/unbind/bind test cases would fail. The timeout used before the 'update_status' callback was also a bad idea in hindsight, there should really be no timing assumption as to if and when a driver is bound to a device. An initial draft was based on device_lock() and device_unlock() was tested. This proved too complicated, with deadlocks created during the suspend-resume sequences, which also use the same device_lock/unlock() as the bind/unbind sequences. On a CometLake device, a bad DSDT/BIOS caused spurious resumes and the use of device_lock() caused hangs during suspend. After multiple weeks or testing and painful reverse-engineering of deadlocks on different devices, we looked for alternatives that did not interfere with the device core. A bus notifier was used successfully to keep track of DRIVER_BOUND and DRIVER_UNBIND events. This solved the bind-unbind-bind case in tests, but it can still be defeated with a theoretical corner case where the memory is freed by a .remove while the callback is in use. The notifier only helps make sure the driver callbacks are valid, but not that the memory allocated in probe remains valid while the callbacks are invoked. This patch suggests the introduction of a new 'sdw_dev_lock' mutex protecting probe/remove and all driver callbacks. Since this mutex is 'local' to SoundWire only, it does not interfere with existing locks and does not create deadlocks. In addition, this patch removes the 'probe_complete' completion, instead we directly invoke the 'update_status' from the probe routine. That removes any sort of timing dependency and a much better support for the device/driver model, the driver could be bound before the bus started, or eons after the bus started and the hardware would be properly initialized in all cases. GFP_DMA32 is not useful at all. dma_alloc_coherent() will handle DMA memory region correctly by pool->dev. GFP_DMA32 can be removed safely.
CVE-2025-38114 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2025-11-20 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: e1000: Move cancel_work_sync to avoid deadlock Previously, e1000_down called cancel_work_sync for the e1000 reset task (via e1000_down_and_stop), which takes RTNL. As reported by users and syzbot, a deadlock is possible in the following scenario: CPU 0: - RTNL is held - e1000_close - e1000_down - cancel_work_sync (cancel / wait for e1000_reset_task()) CPU 1: - process_one_work - e1000_reset_task - take RTNL To remedy this, avoid calling cancel_work_sync from e1000_down (e1000_reset_task does nothing if the device is down anyway). Instead, call cancel_work_sync for e1000_reset_task when the device is being removed.
CVE-2025-38116 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2025-11-20 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: ath12k: fix uaf in ath12k_core_init() When the execution of ath12k_core_hw_group_assign() or ath12k_core_hw_group_create() fails, the registered notifier chain is not unregistered properly. Its memory is freed after rmmod, which may trigger to a use-after-free (UAF) issue if there is a subsequent access to this notifier chain. Fixes the issue by calling ath12k_core_panic_notifier_unregister() in failure cases. CVE-2025-38121 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2025-11-20 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: iwlwifi: mld: avoid panic on init failure In case of an error during init, in_hw_restart will be set, but it will never get cleared. Instead, we will retry to init again, and then we will act like we are in a restart when we are actually not. This causes (among others) to a NULL pointer dereference when canceling rx_omi::finished_work, that was not even initialized, because we thought that we are in hw_restart. Set in_hw_restart to true only if the fw is running, then we know that FW was loaded successfully and we are not going to the retry loop.
CVE-2025-38128 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2025-11-20 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: Bluetooth: MGMT: reject malformed HCI_CMD_SYNC commands In 'mgmt_hci_cmd_sync()', check whether the size of parameters passed in 'struct mgmt_cp_hci_cmd_sync' matches the total size of the data (i.e. 'sizeof(struct mgmt_cp_hci_cmd_sync)' plus trailing bytes). Otherwise, large invalid 'params_len' will cause 'hci_cmd_sync_alloc()' to do 'skb_put_data()' from an area beyond the one actually passed to 'mgmt_hci_cmd_sync()'.
CVE-2022-50152 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2025-11-20 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: usb: ohci-nxp: Fix refcount leak in ohci_hcd_nxp_probe of_parse_phandle() returns a node pointer with refcount incremented, we should use of_node_put() on it when not need anymore. Add missing of_node_put() to avoid refcount leak.
CVE-2025-7895 1 Harry0703 1 Moneyprinterturbo 2025-11-20 6.3 Medium
A vulnerability, which was classified as critical, was found in harry0703 MoneyPrinterTurbo up to 1.2.6. Affected is the function upload_bgm_file of the file app/controllers/v1/video.py of the component File Extension Handler. The manipulation of the argument File leads to unrestricted upload. It is possible to launch the attack remotely.
CVE-2025-38130 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2025-11-20 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/connector: only call HDMI audio helper plugged cb if non-null On driver remove, sound/soc/codecs/hdmi-codec.c calls the plugged_cb with NULL as the callback function and codec_dev, as seen in its hdmi_remove function. The HDMI audio helper then happily tries calling said null function pointer, and produces an Oops as a result. Fix this by only executing the callback if fn is non-null. This means the .plugged_cb and .plugged_cb_dev members still get appropriately cleared.
CVE-2025-7896 1 Harry0703 1 Moneyprinterturbo 2025-11-20 6.3 Medium
A vulnerability has been found in harry0703 MoneyPrinterTurbo up to 1.2.6 and classified as critical. Affected by this vulnerability is the function download_video/delete_video of the file app/controllers/v1/video.py. The manipulation leads to path traversal. The attack can be launched remotely.

The attack may be launched remotely.
CVE-2025-64753 1 Getgrist 1 Grist-core 2025-11-20 5.3 Medium
grist-core is a spreadsheet hosting server. Prior to version 1.7.7, a user with only partial read access to a document could still access endpoints listing hashes for versions of that document and receive a full list of changes between versions, even if those changes contained cells, columns, or tables to which the user was not supposed to have read access. This was fixed in version 1.7.7 by restricting the `/compare` endpoint to users with full read access. As a workaround, remove sensitive document history using the `/states/remove` endpoint. Another possibility is to block the `/compare` endpoint.

CVE-2025-6920 1 Redhat 1 Ai Inference Server 2025-11-20 5.3 Medium
A flaw was found in the authentication enforcement mechanism of a model inference API in ai-inference-server. All /v1/* endpoints are expected to enforce API key validation. However, the POST /invocations endpoint failed to do so, resulting in an authentication bypass. This vulnerability allows unauthorized users to access the same inference features available on protected endpoints, potentially exposing sensitive functionality or allowing unintended access to backend resources.
CVE-2024-8285 1 Redhat 2 Amq Streams, Kroxylicious 2025-11-20 5.9 Medium
A flaw was found in Kroxylicious. When establishing the connection with the upstream Kafka server using a TLS secured connection, Kroxylicious fails to properly verify the server's hostname, resulting in an insecure connection. For a successful attack to be performed, the attacker needs to perform a Man-in-the-Middle attack or compromise any external systems, such as DNS or network routing configuration. This issue is considered a high complexity attack, with additional high privileges required, as the attack would need access to the Kroxylicious configuration or a peer system. The result of a successful attack impacts both data integrity and confidentiality.
