| A command injection vulnerability exists in the RunGptLLM class of the llama_index library, version 0.9.47, used by the RunGpt framework from JinaAI to connect to Language Learning Models (LLMs). The vulnerability arises from the improper use of the eval function, allowing a malicious or compromised LLM hosting provider to execute arbitrary commands on the client's machine. This issue was fixed in version 0.10.13. The exploitation of this vulnerability could lead to a hosting provider gaining full control over client machines. |

| A reflected cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability exists in multiple WSO2 products due to insufficient output encoding in error messages generated by the JDBC user store connection validation request. A malicious actor can inject a specially crafted payload into the request, causing the browser to execute arbitrary JavaScript in the context of the vulnerable page.
This vulnerability may allow UI manipulation, redirection to malicious websites, or data exfiltration from the browser. However, since all session-related sensitive cookies are protected with the httpOnly flag, session hijacking is not possible. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
net: micrel: Fix receiving the timestamp in the frame for lan8841
The blamed commit started to use the ptp workqueue to get the second
part of the timestamp. And when the port was set down, then this
workqueue is stopped. But if the config option NETWORK_PHY_TIMESTAMPING
is not enabled, then the ptp_clock is not initialized so then it would
crash when it would try to access the delayed work.
So then basically by setting up and then down the port, it would crash.
The fix consists in checking if the ptp_clock is initialized and only
then cancel the delayed work. |

These predictable default secrets can be exploited by an attacker to forge session cookies. An attacker who knows or guesses the secret could compute valid HMAC signatures for the session cookie, allowing them to tamper with or hijack another user’s session. |
