| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
wifi: ath12k: fix uaf in ath12k_core_init()
When the execution of ath12k_core_hw_group_assign() or
ath12k_core_hw_group_create() fails, the registered notifier chain is not
unregistered properly. Its memory is freed after rmmod, which may trigger
to a use-after-free (UAF) issue if there is a subsequent access to this
notifier chain.
Fixes the issue by calling ath12k_core_panic_notifier_unregister() in
failure cases.

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
wifi: iwlwifi: mld: avoid panic on init failure
In case of an error during init, in_hw_restart will be set, but it will
never get cleared.
Instead, we will retry to init again, and then we will act like we are in a
restart when we are actually not.
This causes (among others) to a NULL pointer dereference when canceling
rx_omi::finished_work, that was not even initialized, because we thought
that we are in hw_restart.
Set in_hw_restart to true only if the fw is running, then we know that
FW was loaded successfully and we are not going to the retry loop. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
Bluetooth: MGMT: reject malformed HCI_CMD_SYNC commands
In 'mgmt_hci_cmd_sync()', check whether the size of parameters passed
in 'struct mgmt_cp_hci_cmd_sync' matches the total size of the data
(i.e. 'sizeof(struct mgmt_cp_hci_cmd_sync)' plus trailing bytes).
Otherwise, large invalid 'params_len' will cause 'hci_cmd_sync_alloc()'
to do 'skb_put_data()' from an area beyond the one actually passed to
'mgmt_hci_cmd_sync()'. |

of_parse_phandle() returns a node pointer with refcount
incremented, we should use of_node_put() on it when not need anymore.
Add missing of_node_put() to avoid refcount leak. |

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
drm/connector: only call HDMI audio helper plugged cb if non-null
On driver remove, sound/soc/codecs/hdmi-codec.c calls the plugged_cb
with NULL as the callback function and codec_dev, as seen in its
hdmi_remove function.
The HDMI audio helper then happily tries calling said null function
pointer, and produces an Oops as a result.
Fix this by only executing the callback if fn is non-null. This means
the .plugged_cb and .plugged_cb_dev members still get appropriately
cleared. |

| grist-core is a spreadsheet hosting server. Prior to version 1.7.7, a user with only partial read access to a document could still access endpoints listing hashes for versions of that document and receive a full list of changes between versions, even if those changes contained cells, columns, or tables to which the user was not supposed to have read access. This was fixed in version 1.7.7 by restricting the `/compare` endpoint to users with full read access. As a workaround, remove sensitive document history using the `/states/remove` endpoint. Another possibility is to block the `/compare` endpoint. |

| A flaw was found in the authentication enforcement mechanism of a model inference API in ai-inference-server. All /v1/* endpoints are expected to enforce API key validation. However, the POST /invocations endpoint failed to do so, resulting in an authentication bypass. This vulnerability allows unauthorized users to access the same inference features available on protected endpoints, potentially exposing sensitive functionality or allowing unintended access to backend resources. |

When establishing the connection with the upstream Kafka server using a TLS secured connection, Kroxylicious fails to properly verify the server's hostname, resulting in an insecure connection. For a successful attack to be performed, the attacker needs to perform a Man-in-the-Middle attack or compromise any external systems, such as DNS or network routing configuration. This issue is considered a high complexity attack, with additional high privileges required, as the attack would need access to the Kroxylicious configuration or a peer system. The result of a successful attack impacts both data integrity and confidentiality. |

| A flaw was found in the Openshift console. The /API/helm/verify endpoint is tasked to fetch and verify the installation of a Helm chart from a URI that is remote HTTP/HTTPS or local. Access to this endpoint is gated by the authHandlerWithUser() middleware function. Contrary to its name, this middleware function does not verify the validity of the user's credentials. As a result, unauthenticated users can access this endpoint. |
