| CVE-2025-37784 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2025-11-04 | 5.5 Medium |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: ti: icss-iep: Fix possible NULL pointer dereference for perout request The ICSS IEP driver tracks perout and pps enable state with flags. Currently when disabling pps and perout signals during icss_iep_exit(), results in NULL pointer dereference for perout. To fix the null pointer dereference issue, the icss_iep_perout_enable_hw function can be modified to directly clear the IEP CMP registers when disabling PPS or PEROUT, without referencing the ptp_perout_request structure, as its contents are irrelevant in this case. | ||||

| CVE-2025-37792 | 2 Debian, Linux | 2 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel | 2025-11-04 | 5.5 Medium |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: Bluetooth: btrtl: Prevent potential NULL dereference The btrtl_initialize() function checks that rtl_load_file() either had an error or it loaded a zero length file. However, if it loaded a zero length file then the error code is not set correctly. It results in an error pointer vs NULL bug, followed by a NULL pointer dereference. This was detected by Smatch: drivers/bluetooth/btrtl.c:592 btrtl_initialize() warn: passing zero to 'ERR_PTR' | ||||
| CVE-2024-38583 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2025-11-04 | 7.8 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: nilfs2: fix use-after-free of timer for log writer thread Patch series "nilfs2: fix log writer related issues". This bug fix series covers three nilfs2 log writer-related issues, including a timer use-after-free issue and potential deadlock issue on unmount, and a potential freeze issue in event synchronization found during their analysis. Details are described in each commit log. This patch (of 3): A use-after-free issue has been reported regarding the timer sc_timer on the nilfs_sc_info structure. The problem is that even though it is used to wake up a sleeping log writer thread, sc_timer is not shut down until the nilfs_sc_info structure is about to be freed, and is used regardless of the thread's lifetime. Fix this issue by limiting the use of sc_timer only while the log writer thread is alive. | ||||
| CVE-2024-26983 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2025-11-04 | 7.8 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: bootconfig: use memblock_free_late to free xbc memory to buddy On the time to free xbc memory in xbc_exit(), memblock may has handed over memory to buddy allocator. So it doesn't make sense to free memory back to memblock. memblock_free() called by xbc_exit() even causes UAF bugs on architectures with CONFIG_ARCH_KEEP_MEMBLOCK disabled like x86. Following KASAN logs shows this case. This patch fixes the xbc memory free problem by calling memblock_free() in early xbc init error rewind path and calling memblock_free_late() in xbc exit path to free memory to buddy allocator. The possible case should be in f2fs_do_truncate_blocks(), we try to truncate inode size to zero, however, dn.ofs_in_node is zero and dn.node_page is not an inode page, so it fails to truncate inode page, and then pass zeroed free_from to f2fs_truncate_inode_blocks(), result in this issue. if (dn.ofs_in_node || IS_INODE(dn.node_page)) { f2fs_truncate_data_blocks_range(&dn, count); free_from += count; } I guess the reason why dn.node_page is not an inode page could be: there are multiple nat entries share the same node block address, once the node block address was reused, f2fs_get_node_page() may load a non-inode block. Let's add a sanity check for such condition to avoid out-of-bounds access issue. | ||||
| CVE-2023-43665 | 3 Djangoproject, Fedoraproject, Redhat | 6 Django, Fedora, Ansible Automation Platform and 3 more | 2025-11-04 | 7.5 High |
| In Django 3.2 before 3.2.22, 4.1 before 4.1.12, and 4.2 before 4.2.6, the django.utils.text.Truncator chars() and words() methods (when used with html=True) are subject to a potential DoS (denial of service) attack via certain inputs with very long, potentially malformed HTML text. The chars() and words() methods are used to implement the truncatechars_html and truncatewords_html template filters, which are thus also vulnerable. NOTE: this issue exists because of an incomplete fix for CVE-2019-14232. | ||||

| CVE-2025-37748 | 2 Debian, Linux | 2 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel | 2025-11-04 | 5.5 Medium |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: iommu/mediatek: Fix NULL pointer deference in mtk_iommu_device_group Currently, mtk_iommu calls during probe iommu_device_register before the hw_list from driver data is initialized. Since iommu probing issue fix, it leads to NULL pointer dereference in mtk_iommu_device_group when hw_list is accessed with list_first_entry (not null safe). So, change the call order to ensure iommu_device_register is called after the driver data are initialized. | ||||
