| dbt-mcp is a Model Context Protocol server for interacting with dbt. Prior to 1.17.1, _run_dbt_command() in src/dbt_mcp/dbt_cli/tools.py appended unsanitized node_selection and resource_type values to the dbt subprocess argument list, allowing an MCP client to inject dbt global flags such as --profiles-dir, --project-dir, and --target into subprocess.Popen even though shell=False prevents shell metacharacter injection. This issue is fixed in version 1.17.1. |
| dbt-mcp is a Model Context Protocol server for interacting with dbt. Prior to 1.17.1, DefaultUsageTracker.emit_tool_called_event() in src/dbt_mcp/tracking/tracking.py serialized every MCP tool call's complete arguments dictionary and sent it through dbtlabs_vortex.producer.log_proto without redaction, including sql_query from show, vars from run, build, and test, and node_selection from compile, while usage_tracking_enabled in settings.py enabled telemetry by default unless DBT_SEND_ANONYMOUS_USAGE_STATS=false or DO_NOT_TRACK=1 was set. This issue is fixed in version 1.17.1. |
| A flaw was found in the keycloak-services component of Keycloak. This issue is an incomplete fix for CVE-2026-9798, where brute-force protection checks were added to the Client-Initiated Backchannel Authentication (CIBA) initiation handler but were omitted from the token redemption handler. This allows an attacker with valid client credentials to obtain access and refresh tokens for a user account that has been locked due to brute-force protection, provided the authentication request was started before the lockout occurred and was approved by the user. |
| OpenTelemetry Rust is the Rust OpenTelemetry implementation. In 0.32.0 and earlier, BaggagePropagator::extract_with_context in opentelemetry_sdk did not enforce W3C Baggage size limits before parsing an inbound baggage header, so a large attacker-controlled header could cause unnecessary CPU work and short-lived heap allocations while parsing entries later discarded by the SDK's baggage storage limits. Services that accept untrusted inbound propagation headers may experience increased per-request resource usage when processing oversized baggage headers. This issue is fixed in version 0.32.1. |
| Improper Privilege Management vulnerability in Apache Syncope.
When:
* the all-Java user workflow adapter is configured, or
* the Flowable user workflow adapter is configured, bearing a BPMN definition not requiring admin approval for user self registration of self update requests
the following scenario could happen.
A REST API call can allow the user to grant themselves one or more of defined Roles, thus gaining their Entitlements and becoming in fact an administrator; the actual Entitlements gained depend on the Roles that are effectively defined on the specific Syncope deployment.
This issue affects Apache Syncope: from 3.0.0-M0 through 3.0.16, from 4.0.0-M0 Through 4.0.6, from 4.1.0-M0 through 4.1.1.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 4.0.7 / 4.1.2, which fix this issue. |
| Simply Schedule Appointments is vulnerable to unauthenticated Stored Cross-Site Scripting in all versions up to and including 1.6.12.2. The root cause is a sanitization-ordering defect: the rendered notification content is decoded back into live HTML after it has already passed through the Simply Schedule Appointments WordPress plugin before 1.6.12.4's wp_kses_post() filter, so a double-encoded payload survives intake and is reintroduced as an executable element at render time. |
| Nixpkgs is a collection of software packages that can be installed with the Nix package manager. Prior to the 25.11 and 26.05 channel fixes, the NixOS module for MySQL services.mysql initializes the MySQL database in a way that allows local users, such as unprivileged web or CGI processes on the same host, to log in as the root user without a password when the service is used with mysql or percona-server. This issue is fixed in the 25.11 and 26.05. |
| Vulnerability in the Oracle E-Business Tax product of Oracle E-Business Suite (component: Internal Operations). Supported versions that are affected are 12.2.3-12.2.15. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows low privileged attacker with logon to the infrastructure where Oracle E-Business Tax executes to compromise Oracle E-Business Tax. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in takeover of Oracle E-Business Tax. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 7.8 (Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:L/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:H/A:H). |
| Net::DNS versions through 1.55 for Perl allow remote execution injection via EDNS EXTENDED ERROR.
Net::DNS::RR::OPT::EXTENDED_ERROR::_decompose parses the EXTRA-TEXT field of an EDNS EXTENDED-ERROR option (RFC 8914) by tokenising the raw bytes and passing the result to Perl's eval. There is some escaping done for $ and @, but not for backticks. This can be exploited for command execution if $pkt->edns->option('EXTENDED-ERROR') is called in array context, for example with a payload of {0:`"<command>"`} in EXTRA-TEXT. |
| Net::DNS versions through 1.55 for Perl allow Denial of Service via deep DNS compression pointer chains.
Net::DNS::DomainName::decode follows RFC 1035 compression pointers by recursing into itself with no depth limit. It is possible to construct a name which saturates the call stack (at least with larger TCP responses), leading to a potential Denial of Service.
The guard `$link < $offset` prevents forward and circular chains, but still allows arbitrarily long backward chains. The per-offset cache (`$cache`) is populated at the start of each call and short-circuits only re-traverses of the same offset - the initial descent through a fresh chain still recurses at full depth.
A crafted packet can chain two-byte compression pointers so that each one points two bytes earlier than the previous, producing a chain length of `offset / 2`. For the 14-bit pointer field (max offset 16383) this gives up to ~8191 recursive frames. For a TCP DNS message the limit is the 16-bit length field (~32767 frames). Perl's default C stack handles only a few thousand frames; beyond that the process receives SIGSEGV or similar, which is a denial-of-service for any application parsing untrusted DNS data.
The vulnerability is triggered by `Net::DNS::Packet->new(\$wire)` i.e. any point where the library decodes a DNS message from the network. |
| In Progress® Telerik® UI for AJAX prior to v2026.2.708, forged upload metadata can influence AsyncUploadTypeName processing and trigger unsafe attacker-controlled type resolution, enabling remote code execution in affected deployments. |
| Logto silently fails to delete IdP-initiated SAML sessions, enabling session replay and reuse within the session’s validity window. |
| SwiftNIO HTTP/2 was missing validation on inbound HEADERS frames that let CR, LF, NUL, SP and other control characters reach an HTTP/1.1 backend through NIOHTTP2's HTTP/2-to-HTTP/1 codec, enabling HTTP request smuggling or response splitting. This vulnerability is addressed in swift-nio-http2 version 1.45.0. |
| The Events Calendar WordPress plugin before 6.16.5.1 does not perform an authorization check on one of its Event Aggregator import REST API routes and skips an integrity check for a particular status value, allowing unauthenticated attackers to mark existing import records as failed and to store arbitrary content in a hidden comment record. |
