CVSS v3.1 |
| The chat feature in the application Sourcecodester FAQ Bot with AI Assistant v1.0 is vulnerable to Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) due to improper handling of user-supplied input. An attacker can inject malicious HTML or JavaScript into chat messages, which executes in the browser of any user viewing the conversation. |
| Sourcecodester AI-Powered To-Do List App v1.0 is vulnerable to Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) in the "Task Title" and "Description (Optional)" fields when creating a Task, allowing an attacker to inject arbitrary potentially malicious HTML/JavaScript code that executes in the victim's browser upon clicking the "Add Task" button. |
| The change password functionality at /pet_grooming/admin/change_pass.php in SourceCodester Pet Grooming Management Software 1.0 is vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) attacks. The application does not implement adequate anti-CSRF tokens or same-site cookie restrictions, allowing attackers to trick authenticated users into unknowingly changing their passwords. |
| A SQL injection vulnerability exists in the SourceCodester PQMS (Patient Queue Management System) 1.0 in the api_patient_schedule.php endpoint. The appointmentID parameter is not properly sanitized, allowing attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands. |
| The SourceCodester Leads Manager Tool v1.0 is vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) attacks that allow unauthorized state-changing operations. The application lacks CSRF protection mechanisms such as anti-CSRF tokens or same-origin verification for critical endpoints. |

The root cause of the problem is that an mptcp-level (re)transmit can
race with mptcp_close() and the packet scheduler checks the subflow
state before acquiring the socket lock: we can try to (re)transmit on
an already closed ssk.
Fix the issue checking again the subflow socket status under the
subflow socket lock protection. Additionally add the missing check
for the fallback-to-tcp case. |

drm/amd/display: Fix slab-use-after-free in hdcp
The HDCP code in amdgpu_dm_hdcp.c copies pointers to amdgpu_dm_connector
objects without incrementing the kref reference counts. When using a
USB-C dock, and the dock is unplugged, the corresponding
amdgpu_dm_connector objects are freed, creating dangling pointers in the
HDCP code. When the dock is plugged back, the dangling pointers are
dereferenced, resulting in a slab-use-after-free:

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
NFSv4/pnfs: Fix a use-after-free bug in open
If someone cancels the open RPC call, then we must not try to free
either the open slot or the layoutget operation arguments, since they
are likely still in use by the hung RPC call. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
net_sched: qfq: Fix double list add in class with netem as child qdisc
As described in Gerrard's report [1], there are use cases where a netem
child qdisc will make the parent qdisc's enqueue callback reentrant.
In the case of qfq, there won't be a UAF, but the code will add the same
classifier to the list twice, which will cause memory corruption.
This patch checks whether the class was already added to the agg->active
list (cl_is_active) before doing the addition to cater for the reentrant
case.

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
net_sched: ets: Fix double list add in class with netem as child qdisc
As described in Gerrard's report [1], there are use cases where a netem
child qdisc will make the parent qdisc's enqueue callback reentrant.
In the case of ets, there won't be a UAF, but the code will add the same
classifier to the list twice, which will cause memory corruption.
In addition to checking for qlen being zero, this patch checks whether
the class was already added to the active_list (cl_is_active) before
doing the addition to cater for the reentrant case.

| A relative path traversal vulnerability has been reported to affect Download Station. If a remote attacker gains an administrator account, they can then exploit the vulnerability to read the contents of unexpected files or system data.

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
mm, slab: clean up slab->obj_exts always
When memory allocation profiling is disabled at runtime or due to an
error, shutdown_mem_profiling() is called: slab->obj_exts which
previously allocated remains.
It won't be cleared by unaccount_slab() because of
mem_alloc_profiling_enabled() not true. It's incorrect, slab->obj_exts
should always be cleaned up in unaccount_slab() to avoid following error:
[...]BUG: Bad page state in process...
..
[...]page dumped because: page still charged to cgroup
[andriy.shevchenko@linux.intel.com: fold need_slab_obj_ext() into its only user] |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
io_uring: fix io_req_prep_async with provided buffers
io_req_prep_async() can import provided buffers, commit the ring state
by giving up on that before, it'll be reimported later if needed. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
drm/amdkfd: Fix mode1 reset crash issue
If HW scheduler hangs and mode1 reset is used to recover GPU, KFD signal
user space to abort the processes. After process abort exit, user queues
still use the GPU to access system memory before h/w is reset while KFD
cleanup worker free system memory and free VRAM.
There is use-after-free race bug that KFD allocate and reuse the freed
system memory, and user queue write to the same system memory to corrupt
the data structure and cause driver crash.
To fix this race, KFD cleanup worker terminate user queues, then flush
reset_domain wq to wait for any GPU ongoing reset complete, and then
free outstanding BOs. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
tracing: fprobe events: Fix possible UAF on modules
Commit ac91052f0ae5 ("tracing: tprobe-events: Fix leakage of module
refcount") moved try_module_get() from __find_tracepoint_module_cb()
to find_tracepoint() caller, but that introduced a possible UAF
because the module can be unloaded before try_module_get(). In this
case, the module object should be freed too. Thus, try_module_get()
does not only fail but may access to the freed object.
To avoid that, try_module_get() in __find_tracepoint_module_cb()
again. |
