As a result, specific version information for affected or updated releases is not available. The identifier of the patch is e4433eee96883a222403854e8ac38b3146774a07. Applying a patch is the recommended action to fix this issue. | ||||
| CVE-2026-115923 | 1 Backstage | 1 Backstage | 2026-11-02 | 6.5 Medium |
| Backstage is an open framework for building developer portals. Prior to 3.9.2 and from 4.0.0 until 4.0.2, DefaultCatalogRulesEnforcer in @backstage/plugin-catalog-backend compares the raw location.target URL against catalog.rules, while URL readers canonicalize the same URL before fetching it. An authenticated user with catalog.location.create permission can use percent-encoded path segments to make an untrusted URL match a trusted location pattern even though the canonical URL resolves outside that scope. This admits entity content from an untrusted source as trusted, while further downstream consequences depend on deployment configuration. This issue is fixed in versions 3.9.2 and 4.0.2. | ||||
| CVE-2026-117566 | 1 Easyimages2.0 Project | 1 Easyimages2.0 | 2026-11-02 | 5.3 Medium |
| EasyImages2.0 through 2.8.6 contains an unauthenticated path traversal vulnerability in app/down.php, app/thumb.php and app/info.php that allows reading files outside the upload directory. Attackers can supply ../ sequences in the dw, history or img parameters to read files with allowed upload extensions from the server. | ||||
| CVE-2026-53995 | 2 Lfprojects, Mlflow | 2 Mlflow, Mlflow | 2026-11-02 | 8.2 High |
| MLflow 3.17.1 and earlier contains a path traversal vulnerability in the FileStore tracking backend that allows unauthenticated attackers to control filesystem paths by submitting a crafted trace ID containing traversal sequences to the POST /api/3.0/mlflow/traces endpoint. Attackers can exploit FileStore.start_trace() to write trace_info.yaml, request_metadata, and tag files with attacker-controlled metadata outside the intended experiment trace directory, subject to the server process's filesystem permissions. FileStore is the default tracking backend before MLflow 3.7.0 and opt-in thereafter (the default changed to a SQLite database), so deployments in the earlier part of the affected range are vulnerable without special configuration while later ones are affected only when FileStore is explicitly selected. | ||||
| CVE-2026-120335 | 1 Deepset-ai | 1 Farm | 2026-11-02 | 4.8 Medium |
| A vulnerability has been found in deepset-ai farm up to 0.8.0. Affected is the function WordEmbedding_LM.load of the file farm/modeling/language_model.py of the component Model Package Loader. The manipulation of the argument embeddings_filename leads to path traversal. An attack has to be approached locally. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. This vulnerability only affects products that are no longer supported by the maintainer. | ||||
| CVE-2026-120313 | 1 Network-ai | 1 Network-ai | 2026-11-02 | 7.5 High |
| Network-AI before 5.15.5 contains a path traversal vulnerability in InputSanitizer.sanitizePath() that allows attackers to escape the base directory using sibling-directory paths. Attackers can supply paths whose directory name shares a string prefix with the base, bypassing the unanchored startsWith check to read, list, or write files outside the sandbox. | ||||
| CVE-2026-115932 | 1 Gitroomhq | 1 Postiz-app | 2026-11-02 | 9.6 Critical |
| When a post is published, Postiz treats a media path that is not a web address as a file on the server's disk, but it does not check that the file lies inside the upload directory. A registered user can store a crafted media path with a post, get it past the checks that normally restrict it, and have the publishing worker read an arbitrary file and send it as an attachment to a Discord server the user controls. The same unconfined reads can be reached through two further routes. One tells the caller whether a file exists and can exhaust the backend's memory, the other delivers the file the same way as the main route. Self-registration is open by default, so the attacker needs no existing account. | ||||
| CVE-2025-35987 | 1 Intel | 2 Data Center Attestation Primitives, Software Guard Extensions Data Center Attestation Primitives | 2026-11-02 | 6.1 Medium |
| Omission of security-relevant information for some Intel(R) Software Guard Extensions Data Center Attestation Primitives within Ring 0: Kernel may allow a denial of service. Authorized adversary with a privileged user combined with a high complexity attack may enable data alteration. This result may potentially occur via local access when attack requirements are present with special internal knowledge and requires no user interaction. The potential vulnerability may impact the confidentiality (none), integrity (low) and availability (low) of the vulnerable system, resulting in subsequent system confidentiality (none), integrity (high) and availability (low) impacts. | ||||
| CVE-2026-77156 | 1 Checkmarx | 1 Ast-cli | 2026-11-02 | 6.4 Medium |
| Incomplete validation of extracted archive entry paths in ast-cli's tar extraction logic on Linux and macOS (used when installing the Vorpal ASCA real-time engine and the SCA Resolver) would allow a malicious tar archive containing absolute or traversal path entries to write files outside the install directory. Windows builds were not affected, as the Windows extractor performs this path validation. Exploitation required substituting the archive served at "download.checkmarx.com". An attacker able to compromise that server and replace the archive could write arbitrary, executable files to arbitrary filesystem paths via this path traversal. Extraction now validates that each entry's destination path resolves within the working directory and rejects absolute paths. | ||||
| CVE-2026-114583 | 2 Python, Python Software Foundation | 2 Cpython, Cpython | 2026-11-02 | N/A |
| tarfile.tar_filter could be bypassed using crafted link entries, including symlinks with empty or directory-like names, to redirect later archive members outside the intended extraction directory. This allowed a malicious tar archive to cause tarfile.extractall() with filter="tar" to write files outside the destination directory, subject to the permissions of the extracting process. This is the tarfile.tar_filter counterpart of CVE-2026-7774, which covered tarfile.data_filter. | ||||
| CVE-2026-96275 | 2 Flatpak, Redhat | 5 Flatpak, Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Eus and 2 more | 2026-11-02 | 8.8 High |
| A malicious or compromised Flatpak repository can write attacker-controlled content to arbitrary locations on the host filesystem via extract_extra_data(). On system installs, the write happens as root. Two issues combine: `files/extra` is resolved via path operations that follow symlinks, and blob names from `xa.extra-data-sources` are not sanitized against `..` traversal. | ||||
| CVE-2026-120325 | 1 Webpro-nl | 1 Knip | 2026-11-02 | 6.3 Medium |
| A security vulnerability has been detected in Webpro-nl Knip up to 6.44.0. The impacted element is the function writeFile of the file packages/knip/src/IssueFixer.ts of the component Workspace Handler. Such manipulation of the argument workspaces leads to path traversal. The attack can be executed remotely. The exploit has been disclosed publicly and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. | ||||
| CVE-2026-119480 | 2 Crocoblock, Wordpress-extensions | 2 Jetformbuilder, Jetformbuilder | 2026-11-02 | 6.5 Medium |
| Improper Limitation of a Pathname to a Restricted Directory ('Path Traversal') vulnerability in Crocoblock JetFormBuilder jetformbuilder allows Path Traversal.This issue affects JetFormBuilder: from n/a through 3.6.7.1. | ||||
| CVE-2026-120324 | 1 Aklivity | 1 Zilla | 2026-11-02 | 8.3 High |
| A weakness has been identified in Aklivity Zilla up to 1.3.4/2.4.7/2.5.0-rc2. The affected element is the function Path.resolve of the file FileSystemServerFactory of the component http-filesystem Binding. This manipulation of the argument params causes path traversal. Remote exploitation of the attack is possible. The exploit has been made available to the public and could be used for attacks. Upgrading to version 2.5.0-rc3 is sufficient to fix this issue. Patch name: 46a8b15cbea157f7ae8b7cb865809a02fd6b1988. You should upgrade the affected component. | ||||
| CVE-2026-118043 | 2026-11-01 | 7.2 High | ||
| The Bulk Media Register WordPress plugin before 2.01 does not properly validate a user-supplied path before moving a file on the server, allowing users with the Author role to move or rename arbitrary files, including outside the WordPress root, which can defeat directory-level access controls and disclose protected files. | ||||
| CVE-2026-120225 | 1 Oray | 1 Pugongying X5 Pro | 2026-11-01 | 9.1 Critical |
| A weakness has been identified in Oray Pugongying X5 Pro up to 7.6.1. Affected by this vulnerability is the function config_restore_ex of the file /etc/openwrt_release. This manipulation of the argument filename causes relative path traversal. The attack may be initiated remotely. The exploit has been made available to the public and could be used for attacks. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. | ||||
| CVE-2026-120210 | 1 Ffmpeg | 1 Ffmpeg | 2026-10-31 | 4.3 Medium |
| FFmpeg 5.0 through 9.0.2 contains a path traversal vulnerability in the IMF demuxer that allows attackers to open files outside the package via unvalidated ASSETMAP Path elements. Attackers can supply a crafted IMF package with '..' or absolute paths to demux local MXF files, probe file existence and size, or trigger server-side requests. | ||||
| CVE-2026-110251 | 2 Villatheme, Wordpress-extensions | 2 Photo Reviews For Woocommerce, Photo Reviews For Woocommerce | 2026-10-31 | 5.4 Medium |
| The Photo Reviews for WooCommerce plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized Media Library File Deletion in all versions up to, and including, 1.2.31. This is due to the `delete_reviews_image()` function's `delete_comment` hook trusting attachment IDs supplied via the `wcpr_image_upload_id` POST parameter that were stored in comment meta without any ownership or capability check — `viwcpr_filter_review_image_ids()` verifies only that each submitted ID refers to an attachment post type, not that the submitter uploaded or owns it. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to permanently delete any WordPress media library attachment — including its files on disk as recorded by `wp_delete_attachment()` — by embedding attacker-chosen attachment IDs into a review comment, then waiting for a moderator to remove the review or for WordPress core's `wp_scheduled_delete` cron to purge it after `EMPTY_TRASH_DAYS`. The nonce required to submit the parameter (`wcpr_image_upload`) is a shared public value printed on every product page for guest commenters and does not function as an authentication barrier, making this trivially exploitable without any account. | ||||
| CVE-2026-103882 | 2026-10-31 | 9.1 Critical | ||
| The Acadlix LMS – AI Quiz Maker, Online Exam & Course Plugin for WordPress plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary file deletion due to insufficient file path validation in the post_delete_assessment_file_by_id function in all versions up to, and including, 1.1.9. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to delete arbitrary files on the server, which can easily lead to remote code execution when the right file is deleted (such as wp-config.php). The route's permission callback only verifies a generic wp_rest nonce that the plugin itself emits inside the public acadlixOptions JavaScript object on every frontend page, effectively reducing the authentication requirement to unauthenticated. | ||||
| CVE-2026-84243 | 1 The Gnu C Library | 1 Glibc | 2026-10-31 | 7 High |
| The gettext family of functions in the GNU C Library version 2.0 and later accept LANGUAGE environment variable entries that contain '/' or that are equal to "..", unless the program is setuid or setgid (AT_SECURE). An attacker who can set LANGUAGE in the environment of a program that uses gettext can make it load a message catalog (.mo file) from an arbitrary location in the file system. A crafted .mo file can crash the program through out-of-range offsets, or supply translations whose format directives do not match the arguments passed by the program. That causes undefined behaviour in the printf family of functions and may allow arbitrary code execution with the privileges of the program. The safety of message catalogs relies on them being installed in trusted, read-only locations, and the directory traversal bypasses this. The fix for CVE-2014-0475 rejects ".." path components in locale names passed to setlocale or taken from the LC_ALL, LC_* and LANG environment variables. gettext reads LANGUAGE directly and appends each colon-separated entry to the message catalog directory, so that fix did not cover LANGUAGE. LANGUAGE is only used when the LC_MESSAGES locale is not "C", "C.<encoding>" or "POSIX", so the attacker must also be able to select another installed locale, for example through LANG or LC_ALL. Exploitation also requires that the attacker can place the crafted file in a location readable by the target program, and that the environment crosses a trust boundary without the program running as AT_SECURE. An example is an SSH server that accepts LANGUAGE and LANG from clients through the AcceptEnv directive and restricts an account to a forced command; the attacker may use this to escape the restriction. | ||||
