| CVE-2026-23059 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-04-17 | 7.0 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: scsi: qla2xxx: Sanitize payload size to prevent member overflow In qla27xx_copy_fpin_pkt() and qla27xx_copy_multiple_pkt(), the frame_size reported by firmware is used to calculate the copy length into item->iocb. However, the iocb member is defined as a fixed-size 64-byte array within struct purex_item. If the reported frame_size exceeds 64 bytes, subsequent memcpy calls will overflow the iocb member boundary. While extra memory might be allocated, this cross-member write is unsafe and triggers warnings under CONFIG_FORTIFY_SOURCE. Fix this by capping total_bytes to the size of the iocb member (64 bytes) before allocation and copying. This ensures all copies remain within the bounds of the destination structure member. | ||||
| CVE-2026-23062 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-04-17 | 5.5 Medium |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: platform/x86: hp-bioscfg: Fix kernel panic in GET_INSTANCE_ID macro The GET_INSTANCE_ID macro that caused a kernel panic when accessing sysfs attributes: 1. Off-by-one error: The loop condition used '<=' instead of '<', causing access beyond array bounds. Since array indices are 0-based and go from 0 to instances_count-1, the loop should use '<'. 2. Missing NULL check: The code dereferenced attr_name_kobj->name without checking if attr_name_kobj was NULL, causing a null pointer dereference in min_length_show() and other attribute show functions. The panic occurred when fwupd tried to read BIOS configuration attributes: Oops: general protection fault [#1] SMP KASAN NOPTI KASAN: null-ptr-deref in range [0x0000000000000000-0x0000000000000007] RIP: 0010:min_length_show+0xcf/0x1d0 [hp_bioscfg] Add a NULL check for attr_name_kobj before dereferencing and corrects the loop boundary to match the pattern used elsewhere in the driver. | ||||

| CVE-2026-23078 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-04-17 | 7.8 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ALSA: scarlett2: Fix buffer overflow in config retrieval The scarlett2_usb_get_config() function has a logic error in the endianness conversion code that can cause buffer overflows when count > 1. The code checks `if (size == 2)` where `size` is the total buffer size in bytes, then loops `count` times treating each element as u16 (2 bytes). This causes the loop to access `count * 2` bytes when the buffer only has `size` bytes allocated. Fix by checking the element size (config_item->size) instead of the total buffer size. This ensures the endianness conversion matches the actual element type. | ||||

| CVE-2026-23088 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-04-17 | 5.5 Medium |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: tracing: Fix crash on synthetic stacktrace field usage When creating a synthetic event based on an existing synthetic event that had a stacktrace field and the new synthetic event used that field a kernel crash occurred: ~# cd /sys/kernel/tracing ~# echo 's:stack unsigned long stack[];' > dynamic_events ~# echo 'hist:keys=prev_pid:s0=common_stacktrace if prev_state & 3' >> events/sched/sched_switch/trigger ~# echo 'hist:keys=next_pid:s1=$s0:onmatch(sched.sched_switch).trace(stack,$s1)' >> events/sched/sched_switch/trigger The above creates a synthetic event that takes a stacktrace when a task schedules out in a non-running state and passes that stacktrace to the sched_switch event when that task schedules back in. It triggers the "stack" synthetic event that has a stacktrace as its field (called "stack"). ~# echo 's:syscall_stack s64 id; unsigned long stack[];' >> dynamic_events ~# echo 'hist:keys=common_pid:s2=stack' >> events/synthetic/stack/trigger ~# echo 'hist:keys=common_pid:s3=$s2,i0=id:onmatch(synthetic.stack).trace(syscall_stack,$i0,$s3)' >> events/raw_syscalls/sys_exit/trigger The above makes another synthetic event called "syscall_stack" that attaches the first synthetic event (stack) to the sys_exit trace event and records the stacktrace from the stack event with the id of the system call that is exiting. When enabling this event (or using it in a historgram): ~# echo 1 > events/synthetic/syscall_stack/enable Produces a kernel crash! | CVE-2026-23096 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-04-17 | 5.5 Medium |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: uacce: fix cdev handling in the cleanup path When cdev_device_add fails, it internally releases the cdev memory, and if cdev_device_del is then executed, it will cause a hang error. To fix it, we check the return value of cdev_device_add() and clear uacce->cdev to avoid calling cdev_device_del in the uacce_remove. | ||||
| CVE-2026-23107 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-04-17 | 5.5 Medium |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: arm64/fpsimd: signal: Allocate SSVE storage when restoring ZA The code to restore a ZA context doesn't attempt to allocate the task's sve_state before setting TIF_SME. Consequently, restoring a ZA context can place a task into an invalid state where TIF_SME is set but the task's sve_state is NULL. In legitimate but uncommon cases where the ZA signal context was NOT created by the kernel in the context of the same task (e.g. if the task is saved/restored with something like CRIU), we have no guarantee that sve_state had been allocated previously. In these cases, userspace can enter streaming mode without trapping while sve_state is NULL, causing a later NULL pointer dereference when the kernel attempts to store the register state: | # ./sigreturn-za | Unable to handle kernel NULL pointer dereference at virtual address 0000000000000000 | Mem abort info: | ESR = 0x0000000096000046 | EC = 0x25: DABT (current EL), IL = 32 bits | SET = 0, FnV = 0 | EA = 0, S1PTW = 0 | FSC = 0x06: level 2 translation fault | Data abort info: | ISV = 0, ISS = 0x00000046, ISS2 = 0x00000000 | CM = 0, WnR = 1, TnD = 0, TagAccess = 0 | GCS = 0, Overlay = 0, DirtyBit = 0, Xs = 0 | user pgtable: 4k pages, 52-bit VAs, pgdp=0000000101f47c00 | [0000000000000000] pgd=08000001021d8403, p4d=0800000102274403, pud=0800000102275403, pmd=0000000000000000 | Internal error: Oops: 0000000096000046 [#1] SMP | Modules linked in: | CPU: 0 UID: 0 PID: 153 Comm: sigreturn-za Not tainted 6.19.0-rc1 #1 PREEMPT | Hardware name: linux,dummy-virt (DT) | pstate: 214000c9 (nzCv daIF +PAN -UAO -TCO +DIT -SSBS BTYPE=--) | pc : sve_save_state+0x4/0xf0 | lr : fpsimd_save_user_state+0xb0/0x1c0 | sp : ffff80008070bcc0 | x29: ffff80008070bcc0 x28: fff00000c1ca4c40 x27: 63cfa172fb5cf658 | x26: fff00000c1ca5228 x25: 0000000000000000 x24: 0000000000000000 | x23: 0000000000000000 x22: fff00000c1ca4c40 x21: fff00000c1ca4c40 | x20: 0000000000000020 x19: fff00000ff6900f0 x18: 0000000000000000 | x17: fff05e8e0311f000 x16: 0000000000000000 x15: 028fca8f3bdaf21c | x14: 0000000000000212 x13: fff00000c0209f10 x12: 0000000000000020 | x11: 0000000000200b20 x10: 0000000000000000 x9 : fff00000ff69dcc0 | x8 : 00000000000003f2 x7 : 0000000000000001 x6 : fff00000c1ca5b48 | x5 : fff05e8e0311f000 x4 : 0000000008000000 x3 : 0000000000000000 | x2 : 0000000000000001 x1 : fff00000c1ca5970 x0 : 0000000000000440 | Call trace: | sve_save_state+0x4/0xf0 (P) | fpsimd_thread_switch+0x48/0x198 | __switch_to+0x20/0x1c0 | __schedule+0x36c/0xce0 | schedule+0x34/0x11c | exit_to_user_mode_loop+0x124/0x188 | el0_interrupt+0xc8/0xd8 | __el0_irq_handler_common+0x18/0x24 | el0t_64_irq_handler+0x10/0x1c | el0t_64_irq+0x198/0x19c | Code: 54000040 d51b4408 d65f03c0 d503245f (e5bb5800) | ---[ end trace 0000000000000000 ]--- Fix this by having restore_za_context() ensure that the task's sve_state is allocated, matching what we do when taking an SME trap. | CVE-2026-25725 | 2 Anthropic, Anthropics | 2 Claude Code, Claude Code | 2026-04-17 | 10.0 Critical |
| Claude Code is an agentic coding tool. Prior to version 2.1.2, Claude Code's bubblewrap sandboxing mechanism failed to properly protect the .claude/settings.json configuration file when it did not exist at startup. While the parent directory was mounted as writable and .claude/settings.local.json was explicitly protected with read-only constraints, settings.json was not protected if it was missing. This allowed malicious code running inside the sandbox to create this file and inject persistent hooks (such as SessionStart commands) that would execute with host privileges when Claude Code was restarted. This issue has been patched in version 2.1.2. | ||||
| CVE-2026-2182 | 1 Utt | 2 521g, 521g Firmware | 2026-04-17 | 7.2 High |
| A weakness has been identified in UTT 进取 521G 3.1.1-190816. Affected by this issue is the function doSystem of the file /goform/setSysAdm. Executing a manipulation of the argument passwd1 can lead to command injection. The attack may be launched remotely. The exploit has been made available to the public and could be used for attacks. | ||||
| CVE-2026-29063 | 1 Immutable-js | 2 Immutable, Immutable-js | 2026-04-17 | 9.8 Critical |
| Immutable.js provides many Persistent Immutable data structures. Prior to versions 3.8.3, 4.3.7, and 5.1.5, Prototype Pollution is possible in immutable via the mergeDeep(), mergeDeepWith(), merge(), Map.toJS(), and Map.toObject() APIs. This issue has been patched in versions 3.8.3, 4.3.7, and 5.1.5. | ||||
| CVE-2026-33894 | 1 Digitalbazaar | 1 Forge | 2026-04-17 | 7.5 High |
| Forge (also called `node-forge`) is a native implementation of Transport Layer Security in JavaScript. Prior to version 1.4.0, RSASSA PKCS#1 v1.5 signature verification accepts forged signatures for low public exponent keys (e=3). Attackers can forge signatures by stuffing “garbage” bytes within the ASN structure in order to construct a signature that passes verification, enabling Bleichenbacher style forgery. This issue is similar to CVE-2022-24771, but adds bytes in an addition field within the ASN structure, rather than outside of it. Additionally, forge does not validate that signatures include a minimum of 8 bytes of padding as defined by the specification, providing attackers additional space to construct Bleichenbacher forgeries. Version 1.4.0 patches the issue. | ||||
| CVE-2026-25639 | 1 Axios | 1 Axios | 2026-04-17 | 7.5 High |
| Axios is a promise based HTTP client for the browser and Node.js. Prior to versions 0.30.3 and 1.13.5, the mergeConfig function in axios crashes with a TypeError when processing configuration objects containing __proto__ as an own property. An attacker can trigger this by providing a malicious configuration object created via JSON.parse(), causing complete denial of service. This vulnerability is fixed in versions 0.30.3 and 1.13.5. | ||||
| CVE-2026-25934 | 2 Go-git, Go-git Project | 2 Go-git, Go-git | 2026-04-17 | 4.3 Medium |
| go-git is a highly extensible git implementation library written in pure Go. Prior to 5.16.5, a vulnerability was discovered in go-git whereby data integrity values for .pack and .idx files were not properly verified. This resulted in go-git potentially consuming corrupted files, which would likely result in unexpected errors such as object not found. For context, clients fetch packfiles from upstream Git servers. Those files contain a checksum of their contents, so that clients can perform integrity checks before consuming it. The pack indexes (.idx) are generated locally by go-git, or the git cli, when new .pack files are received and processed. The integrity checks for both files were not being verified correctly. This vulnerability is fixed in 5.16.5. | ||||
| CVE-2026-25895 | 1 Frangoteam | 1 Fuxa | 2026-04-17 | 9.8 Critical |
| FUXA is a web-based Process Visualization (SCADA/HMI/Dashboard) software. A path traversal vulnerability in FUXA allows an unauthenticated, remote attacker to write arbitrary files to arbitrary locations on the server filesystem. This affects FUXA through version 1.2.9. This issue has been patched in FUXA version 1.2.10. | ||||
| CVE-2026-25646 | 2 Libpng, Pnggroup | 2 Libpng, Libpng | 2026-04-17 | 8.1 High |
| LIBPNG is a reference library for use in applications that read, create, and manipulate PNG (Portable Network Graphics) raster image files. Prior to 1.6.55, an out-of-bounds read vulnerability exists in the png_set_quantize() API function. When the function is called with no histogram and the number of colors in the palette is more than twice the maximum supported by the user's display, certain palettes will cause the function to enter into an infinite loop that reads past the end of an internal heap-allocated buffer. The images that trigger this vulnerability are valid per the PNG specification. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.6.55. | ||||
| CVE-2026-0846 | 1 Nltk | 2 Nltk, Nltk/nltk | 2026-04-17 | 7.5 High |
| A vulnerability in the `filestring()` function of the `nltk.util` module in nltk version 3.9.2 allows arbitrary file read due to improper validation of input paths. The function directly opens files specified by user input without sanitization, enabling attackers to access sensitive system files by providing absolute paths or traversal paths. This vulnerability can be exploited locally or remotely, particularly in scenarios where the function is used in web APIs or other interfaces that accept user-supplied input. | ||||
| CVE-2026-0652 | 1 Tp-link | 3 Tapo C260, Tapo C260 Firmware, Tapo C260 V1 | 2026-04-17 | 8.8 High |
| On TP-Link Tapo C260 v1, command injection vulnerability exists due to improper sanitization in certain POST parameters during configuration synchronization. An authenticated attacker can execute arbitrary system commands with high impact on confidentiality, integrity and availability. It may cause full device compromise. | ||||
| CVE-2026-2327 | 2 Markdown-it, Markdown-it Project | 2 Markdown-it, Markdown-it | 2026-04-17 | 5.3 Medium |
| Versions of the package markdown-it from 13.0.0 and before 14.1.1 are vulnerable to Regular Expression Denial of Service (ReDoS) due to the use of the regex /\*+$/ in the linkify function. An attacker can supply a long sequence of * characters followed by a non-matching character, which triggers excessive backtracking and may lead to a denial-of-service condition. | ||||
| CVE-2026-2004 | 1 Postgresql | 1 Postgresql | 2026-04-17 | 8.8 High |
| Missing validation of type of input in PostgreSQL intarray extension selectivity estimator function allows an object creator to execute arbitrary code as the operating system user running the database. Versions before PostgreSQL 18.2, 17.8, 16.12, 15.16, and 14.21 are affected. | ||||
