| CVE-2025-27427 | 1 Apache | 1 Artemis | 2026-06-15 | 4.3 Medium |
| A vulnerability exists in Apache ActiveMQ Artemis whereby a user with the createDurableQueue or createNonDurableQueue permission on an address can augment the routing-type supported by that address even if said user doesn't have the createAddress permission for that particular address. When combined with the send permission and automatic queue creation a user could successfully send a message with a routing-type not supported by the address when that message should actually be rejected on the basis that the user doesn't have permission to change the routing-type of the address. This issue affects Apache ActiveMQ Artemis from 2.0.0 through 2.39.0. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 2.40.0 which fixes the issue. | ||||
| CVE-2025-27391 | 1 Apache | 1 Artemis | 2026-06-15 | 6.5 Medium |
| Insertion of Sensitive Information into Log File vulnerability in Apache ActiveMQ Artemis. All the values of the broker properties are logged when the org.apache.activemq.artemis.core.config.impl.ConfigurationImpl logger has the debug level enabled. This issue affects Apache ActiveMQ Artemis: from 1.5.1 before 2.40.0. It can be mitigated by restricting log access to only trusted users. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 2.40.0, which fixes the issue. | ||||
| CVE-2022-35278 | 3 Apache, Netapp, Redhat | 4 Artemis, Active Iq Unified Manager, Oncommand Workflow Automation and 1 more | 2026-06-15 | 6.1 Medium |
| In Apache ActiveMQ Artemis prior to 2.24.0, an attacker could show malicious content and/or redirect users to a malicious URL in the web console by using HTML in the name of an address or queue. | ||||
| CVE-2022-23913 | 3 Apache, Netapp, Redhat | 9 Artemis, Active Iq Unified Manager, Oncommand Workflow Automation and 6 more | 2026-06-15 | 7.5 High |

| CVE-2021-26118 | 3 Apache, Netapp, Redhat | 3 Artemis, Oncommand Workflow Automation, Amq Broker | 2026-06-15 | 7.5 High |
| While investigating ARTEMIS-2964 it was found that the creation of advisory messages in the OpenWire protocol head of Apache ActiveMQ Artemis 2.15.0 bypassed policy based access control for the entire session. Production of advisory messages was not subject to access control in error. | ||||
| CVE-2021-26117 | 5 Apache, Debian, Netapp and 2 more | 10 Activemq, Artemis, Debian Linux and 7 more | 2026-06-15 | 7.5 High |
| The optional ActiveMQ LDAP login module can be configured to use anonymous access to the LDAP server. In this case, for Apache ActiveMQ Artemis prior to version 2.16.0 and Apache ActiveMQ prior to versions 5.16.1 and 5.15.14, the anonymous context is used to verify a valid users password in error, resulting in no check on the password. | ||||
| CVE-2026-27446 | 1 Apache | 2 Activemq Artemis, Artemis | 2026-06-15 | 9.8 Critical |
| Missing Authentication for Critical Function (CWE-306) vulnerability in Apache Artemis, Apache ActiveMQ Artemis. An unauthenticated remote attacker can use the Core protocol to force a target broker to establish an outbound Core federation connection to an attacker-controlled rogue broker. This could potentially result in message injection into any queue and/or message exfiltration from any queue via the rogue broker. This impacts environments that allow both: - incoming Core protocol connections from untrusted sources to the broker - outgoing Core protocol connections from the broker to untrusted targets This issue affects: - Apache Artemis from 2.50.0 through 2.51.0 - Apache ActiveMQ Artemis from 2.11.0 through 2.44.0. Users are recommended to upgrade to Apache Artemis version 2.52.0, which fixes the issue. The issue can be mitigated by one of the following: - Remove Core protocol support from any acceptor receiving connections from untrusted sources. Incoming Core protocol connections are supported by default via the "artemis" acceptor listening on port 61616. See the "protocols" URL parameter configured for the acceptor. An acceptor URL without this parameter supports all protocols by default, including Core. - Use two-way SSL (i.e. certificate-based authentication) in order to force every client to present the proper SSL certificate when establishing a connection before any message protocol handshake is attempted. This will prevent unauthenticated exploitation of this vulnerability. - Implement and deploy a Core interceptor to deny all Core downstream federation connect packets. Such packets have a type of (int) -16 or (byte) 0xfffffff0. Documentation for interceptors is available at https://artemis.apache.org/components/artemis/documentation/latest/intercepting-operations.html . | ||||
| CVE-2020-13932 | 2 Apache, Redhat | 2 Artemis, Amq Broker | 2026-06-15 | 6.1 Medium |
| In Apache ActiveMQ Artemis 2.5.0 to 2.13.0, a specially crafted MQTT packet which has an XSS payload as client-id or topic name can exploit this vulnerability. The XSS payload is being injected into the admin console's browser. The XSS payload is triggered in the diagram plugin; queue node and the info section. | ||||
| CVE-2020-10727 | 3 Apache, Netapp, Redhat | 3 Artemis, Oncommand Workflow Automation, Amq Broker | 2026-06-15 | 5.5 Medium |
| A flaw was found in ActiveMQ Artemis management API from version 2.7.0 up until 2.12.0, where a user inadvertently stores passwords in plaintext in the Artemis shadow file (etc/artemis-users.properties file) when executing the `resetUsers` operation. A local attacker can use this flaw to read the contents of the Artemis shadow file. | ||||
| CVE-2017-12174 | 2 Apache, Redhat | 5 Artemis, Enterprise Linux, Hornetq and 2 more | 2026-06-15 | 7.5 High |
| It was found that when Artemis and HornetQ before 2.4.0 are configured with UDP discovery and JGroups discovery a huge byte array is created when receiving an unexpected multicast message. This may result in a heap memory exhaustion, full GC, or OutOfMemoryError. | ||||
| CVE-2016-4978 | 2 Apache, Redhat | 3 Artemis, Enterprise Linux Server, Jboss Enterprise Application Platform | 2026-06-15 | 7.2 High |
| The getObject method of the javax.jms.ObjectMessage class in the (1) JMS Core client, (2) Artemis broker, and (3) Artemis REST component in Apache ActiveMQ Artemis before 1.4.0 might allow remote authenticated users with permission to send messages to the Artemis broker to deserialize arbitrary objects and execute arbitrary code by leveraging gadget classes being present on the Artemis classpath. | ||||
| CVE-2026-46205 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-06-15 | 7.8 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: staging: media: atomisp: Disallow all private IOCTLs Disallow all private IOCTLs. These aren't quite as safe as one could assume of IOCTL handlers; disable them for now. Instead of removing the code, return in the beginning of the function if cmd is non-zero in order to keep static checkers happy. | ||||
| CVE-2025-38585 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-06-15 | 7.8 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: staging: media: atomisp: Fix stack buffer overflow in gmin_get_var_int() When gmin_get_config_var() calls efi.get_variable() and the EFI variable is larger than the expected buffer size, two behaviors combine to create a stack buffer overflow: 1. gmin_get_config_var() does not return the proper error code when efi.get_variable() fails. It returns the stale 'ret' value from earlier operations instead of indicating the EFI failure. 2. When efi.get_variable() returns EFI_BUFFER_TOO_SMALL, it updates *out_len to the required buffer size but writes no data to the output buffer. However, due to bug #1, gmin_get_var_int() believes the call succeeded. The caller gmin_get_var_int() then performs: - Allocates val[CFG_VAR_NAME_MAX + 1] (65 bytes) on stack - Calls gmin_get_config_var(dev, is_gmin, var, val, &len) with len=64 - If EFI variable is >64 bytes, efi.get_variable() sets len=required_size - Due to bug #1, thinks call succeeded with len=required_size - Executes val[len] = 0, writing past end of 65-byte stack buffer This creates a stack buffer overflow when EFI variables are larger than 64 bytes. Since EFI variables can be controlled by firmware or system configuration, this could potentially be exploited for code execution. Fix the bug by returning proper error codes from gmin_get_config_var() based on EFI status instead of stale 'ret' value. The gmin_get_var_int() function is called during device initialization for camera sensor configuration on Intel Bay Trail and Cherry Trail platforms using the atomisp camera stack. | ||||
| CVE-2020-36785 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-06-15 | 7.8 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: media: atomisp: Fix use after free in atomisp_alloc_css_stat_bufs() The "s3a_buf" is freed along with all the other items on the "asd->s3a_stats" list. It leads to a double free and a use after free. | ||||
| CVE-2026-50010 | 1 Netty | 1 Netty | 2026-06-15 | 7.5 High |
| Netty is a network application framework for development of protocol servers and clients. Prior to versions 4.1.135.Final and 4.2.15.Final, SimpleTrustManagerFactory.engineGetTrustManagers() and related paths wrap any user-supplied plain X509TrustManager in X509TrustManagerWrapper, which extends X509ExtendedTrustManager but implements the 3-arg checkServerTrusted(chain, authType, SSLEngine) by discarding the SSLEngine and calling the 2-arg delegate. Because the object now IS an X509ExtendedTrustManager, neither SunJSSE's internal AbstractTrustManagerWrapper nor Netty's own OpenSslX509TrustManagerWrapper will re-wrap it to add endpoint-identification. Consequently, even though Netty 4.2 sets endpointIdentificationAlgorithm="HTTPS" by default, a client built with `SslContextBuilder.forClient().trustManager(somePlainX509TrustManager)` performs no hostname verification at all. Versions 4.1.135.Final and 4.2.15.Final patch the issue. | ||||
| CVE-2026-50011 | 1 Netty | 1 Netty | 2026-06-15 | 7.5 High |
| Netty is a network application framework for development of protocol servers and clients. Prior to versions 4.1.135.Final and 4.2.15.Final, RedisArrayAggregator pre-allocates ArrayList with initial capacity equal to the RESP array element count declared in an array header. That count is taken from the wire before the corresponding child messages exist. A small malicious header can claim a huge initial capacity. Versions 4.1.135.Final and 4.2.15.Final patch the issue. | ||||
| CVE-2026-44249 | 1 Netty | 1 Netty | 2026-06-15 | 8.1 High |
| Netty is a network application framework for development of protocol servers and clients. In netty-handler prior to versions 4.1.135.Final and 4.2.15.Final, an attacker can bypass IPv6 subnet rules due to an incorrect masking operation in IpSubnetFilterRule.compareTo(). Valid public IP addresses can bypass the restrictions. Versions 4.1.135.Final and 4.2.15.Final patch the issue. | ||||
| CVE-2026-44250 | 1 Netty | 1 Netty | 2026-06-15 | 7.5 High |
| Netty is a network application framework for development of protocol servers and clients. In netty-codec-redis prior to versions 4.1.135.Final and 4.2.15.Final, an attacker can cause DoS by sending a crafted Redis payload with deeply nested arrays. This forces the server to allocate a massive number of state objects and collections, leading to memory exhaustion and an OutOfMemoryError. Versions 4.1.135.Final and 4.2.15.Final patch the issue. | ||||
