CVE-2026-28498 1 Authlib 1 Authlib 2026-03-24 7.5 High
Authlib is a Python library which builds OAuth and OpenID Connect servers. Prior to version 1.6.9, a library-level vulnerability was identified in the Authlib Python library concerning the validation of OpenID Connect (OIDC) ID Tokens. Specifically, the internal hash verification logic (_verify_hash) responsible for validating the at_hash (Access Token Hash) and c_hash (Authorization Code Hash) claims exhibits a fail-open behavior when encountering an unsupported or unknown cryptographic algorithm. This flaw allows an attacker to bypass mandatory integrity protections by supplying a forged ID Token with a deliberately unrecognized alg header parameter. The library intercepts the unsupported state and silently returns True (validation passed), inherently violating fundamental cryptographic design principles and direct OIDC specifications. This issue has been patched in version 1.6.9.
CVE-2026-4228 1 Lb-link 2 Bl-wr9000, Bl-wr9000 Firmware 2026-03-24 6.3 Medium
A vulnerability was detected in LB-LINK BL-WR9000 2.4.9. This affects the function sub_458754 of the file /goform/set_wifi. The manipulation results in command injection. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The exploit is now public and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
CVE-2026-29774 1 Freerdp 1 Freerdp 2026-03-24 5.3 Medium
FreeRDP is a free implementation of the Remote Desktop Protocol. Prior to 3.24.0, a client-side heap buffer overflow occurs in the FreeRDP client's AVC420/AVC444 YUV-to-RGB conversion path due to missing horizontal bounds validation of H.264 metablock regionRects coordinates. In yuv.c, the clamp() function (line 347) only validates top/bottom against the surface/YUV height, but never checks left/right against the surface width. When avc420_yuv_to_rgb (line 67) computes destination and source pointers using rect->left, it performs unchecked pointer arithmetic that can reach far beyond the allocated surface buffer. A malicious server sends a WIRE_TO_SURFACE_PDU_1 with AVC420 codec containing a regionRects entry where left greatly exceeds the surface width (e.g., left=60000 on a 128px surface). The H.264 bitstream decodes successfully, then yuv420_process_work_callback calls avc420_yuv_to_rgb which computes pDstPoint = pDstData + rect->top * nDstStep + rect->left * 4, writing 16-byte SSE vectors 1888+ bytes past the allocated heap region. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.24.0.
CVE-2026-29775 1 Freerdp 1 Freerdp 2026-03-24 5.3 Medium
FreeRDP is a free implementation of the Remote Desktop Protocol. Prior to 3.24.0, a client-side heap out-of-bounds read/write occurs in FreeRDP's bitmap cache subsystem due to an off-by-one boundary check in bitmap_cache_put. A malicious server can send a CACHE_BITMAP_ORDER (Rev1) with cacheId equal to maxCells, bypassing the guard and accessing cells[] one element past the allocated array. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.24.0.
CVE-2026-29776 1 Freerdp 1 Freerdp 2026-03-24 3.1 Low
FreeRDP is a free implementation of the Remote Desktop Protocol. Prior to 3.24.0, Integer Underflow in update_read_cache_bitmap_order Function of FreeRDP's Core Library This vulnerability is fixed in 3.24.0.
CVE-2026-31883 1 Freerdp 1 Freerdp 2026-03-24 6.5 Medium
FreeRDP is a free implementation of the Remote Desktop Protocol. Prior to 3.24.0, a size_t underflow in the IMA-ADPCM and MS-ADPCM audio decoders leads to heap-buffer-overflow write via the RDPSND audio channel. In libfreerdp/codec/dsp.c, the IMA-ADPCM and MS-ADPCM decoders subtract block header sizes from a size_t variable without checking for underflow. When nBlockAlign (received from the server) is set such that size % block_size == 0 triggers the header parsing at a point where size is smaller than the header (4 or 8 bytes), the subtraction wraps size to ~SIZE_MAX. The while (size > 0) loop then continues for an astronomical number of iterations. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.24.0.
CVE-2023-53577 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-03-23 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: bpf, cpumap: Make sure kthread is running before map update returns The following warning was reported when running stress-mode enabled xdp_redirect_cpu with some RT threads: ------------[ cut here ]------------ WARNING: CPU: 4 PID: 65 at kernel/bpf/cpumap.c:135 CPU: 4 PID: 65 Comm: kworker/4:1 Not tainted 6.5.0-rc2+ #1 Hardware name: QEMU Standard PC (i440FX + PIIX, 1996) Workqueue: events cpu_map_kthread_stop RIP: 0010:put_cpu_map_entry+0xda/0x220 ...... The kthread is stopped prematurely by kthread_stop() in cpu_map_kthread_stop(), and kthread() doesn't call cpu_map_kthread_run() at all but XDP program has already queued some frames or skbs into ptr_ring. So when __cpu_map_ring_cleanup() checks the ptr_ring, it will find it was not emptied and report a warning. An alternative fix is to use __cpu_map_ring_cleanup() to drop these pending frames or skbs when kthread_stop() returns -EINTR, but it may confuse the user, because these frames or skbs have been handled correctly by XDP program. So instead of dropping these frames or skbs, just make sure the per-cpu kthread is running before __cpu_map_entry_alloc() returns. After apply the fix, the error handle for kthread_stop() will be unnecessary because it will always return 0, so just remove it.

CVE-2023-53587 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-03-23 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ring-buffer: Sync IRQ works before buffer destruction If something was written to the buffer just before destruction, it may be possible (maybe not in a real system, but it did happen in ARCH=um with time-travel) to destroy the ringbuffer before the IRQ work ran, leading this KASAN report (or a crash without KASAN): BUG: KASAN: slab-use-after-free in irq_work_run_list+0x11a/0x13a Read of size 8 at addr 000000006d640a48 by task swapper/0 CPU: 0 PID: 0 Comm: swapper Tainted: G W O 6.3.0-rc1 #7 Stack: 60c4f20f 0c203d48 41b58ab3 60f224fc 600477fa 60f35687 60c4f20f 601273dd 00000008 6101eb00 6101eab0 615be548 Call Trace: [<60047a58>] show_stack+0x25e/0x282 [<60c609e0>] dump_stack_lvl+0x96/0xfd [<60c50d4c>] print_report+0x1a7/0x5a8 [<603078d3>] kasan_report+0xc1/0xe9 [<60308950>] __asan_report_load8_noabort+0x1b/0x1d [<60232844>] irq_work_run_list+0x11a/0x13a [<602328b4>] irq_work_tick+0x24/0x34 [<6017f9dc>] update_process_times+0x162/0x196 [<6019f335>] tick_sched_handle+0x1a4/0x1c3 [<6019fd9e>] tick_sched_timer+0x79/0x10c [<601812b9>] __hrtimer_run_queues.constprop.0+0x425/0x695 [<60182913>] hrtimer_interrupt+0x16c/0x2c4 [<600486a3>] um_timer+0x164/0x183 [...] Allocated by task 411: save_stack_trace+0x99/0xb5 stack_trace_save+0x81/0x9b kasan_save_stack+0x2d/0x54 kasan_set_track+0x34/0x3e kasan_save_alloc_info+0x25/0x28 ____kasan_kmalloc+0x8b/0x97 __kasan_kmalloc+0x10/0x12 __kmalloc+0xb2/0xe8 load_elf_phdrs+0xee/0x182 [...] The buggy address belongs to the object at 000000006d640800 which belongs to the cache kmalloc-1k of size 1024 The buggy address is located 584 bytes inside of freed 1024-byte region [000000006d640800, 000000006d640c00) Add the appropriate irq_work_sync() so the work finishes before the buffers are destroyed. CVE-2023-53608 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-03-23 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: nilfs2: fix potential UAF of struct nilfs_sc_info in nilfs_segctor_thread() The finalization of nilfs_segctor_thread() can race with nilfs_segctor_kill_thread() which terminates that thread, potentially causing a use-after-free BUG as KASAN detected. At the end of nilfs_segctor_thread(), it assigns NULL to "sc_task" member of "struct nilfs_sc_info" to indicate the thread has finished, and then notifies nilfs_segctor_kill_thread() of this using waitqueue "sc_wait_task" on the struct nilfs_sc_info. However, here, immediately after the NULL assignment to "sc_task", it is possible that nilfs_segctor_kill_thread() will detect it and return to continue the deallocation, freeing the nilfs_sc_info structure before the thread does the notification. This fixes the issue by protecting the NULL assignment to "sc_task" and its notification, with spinlock "sc_state_lock" of the struct nilfs_sc_info. Since nilfs_segctor_kill_thread() does a final check to see if "sc_task" is NULL with "sc_state_lock" locked, this can eliminate the race.
CVE-2026-31884 1 Freerdp 1 Freerdp 2026-03-23 6.5 Medium
FreeRDP is a free implementation of the Remote Desktop Protocol. Prior to 3.24.0, division by zero in MS-ADPCM and IMA-ADPCM decoders when nBlockAlign is 0, leading to a crash. In libfreerdp/codec/dsp.c, both ADPCM decoders use size % block_size where block_size = context->common.format.nBlockAlign. The nBlockAlign value comes from the Server Audio Formats PDU on the RDPSND channel. The value 0 is not validated anywhere before reaching the decoder. When nBlockAlign = 0, the modulo operation causes a SIGFPE (floating point exception) crash. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.24.0.
CVE-2026-31885 1 Freerdp 1 Freerdp 2026-03-23 6.5 Medium
FreeRDP is a free implementation of the Remote Desktop Protocol. Prior to 3.24.0, there is an out-of-bounds read in MS-ADPCM and IMA-ADPCM decoders due to unchecked predictor and step_index values from input data. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.24.0.
CVE-2026-31806 1 Freerdp 1 Freerdp 2026-03-23 9.8 Critical
FreeRDP is a free implementation of the Remote Desktop Protocol. Prior to 3.24.0, the gdi_surface_bits() function processes SURFACE_BITS_COMMAND messages sent by the RDP server. When the command is handled using NSCodec, the bmp.width and bmp.height values provided by the server are not properly validated against the actual desktop dimensions. A malicious RDP server can supply crafted bmp.width and bmp.height values that exceed the expected surface size. Because these values are used during bitmap decoding and memory operations without proper bounds checking, this can lead to a heap buffer overflow. Since the attacker can also control the associated pixel data transmitted by the server, the overflow may be exploitable to overwrite adjacent heap memory. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.24.0.
CVE-2026-31897 1 Freerdp 1 Freerdp 2026-03-23 0 Low
FreeRDP is a free implementation of the Remote Desktop Protocol. Prior to 3.24.0, there is an out-of-bounds read in freerdp_bitmap_decompress_planar when SrcSize is 0. The function dereferences *srcp (which points to pSrcData) without first verifying that SrcSize >= 1. When SrcSize is 0 and pSrcData is non-NULL, this reads one byte past the end of the source buffer. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.24.0.
CVE-2026-1526 2 Nodejs, Undici 2 Undici, Undici 2026-03-23 7.5 High
The undici WebSocket client is vulnerable to a denial-of-service attack via unbounded memory consumption during permessage-deflate decompression. When a WebSocket connection negotiates the permessage-deflate extension, the client decompresses incoming compressed frames without enforcing any limit on the decompressed data size. A malicious WebSocket server can send a small compressed frame (a "decompression bomb") that expands to an extremely large size in memory, causing the Node.js process to exhaust available memory and crash or become unresponsive. The vulnerability exists in the PerMessageDeflate.decompress() method, which accumulates all decompressed chunks in memory and concatenates them into a single Buffer without checking whether the total size exceeds a safe threshold.
CVE-2026-1528 2 Nodejs, Undici 2 Undici, Undici 2026-03-23 7.5 High
ImpactA server can reply with a WebSocket frame using the 64-bit length form and an extremely large length. undici's ByteParser overflows internal math, ends up in an invalid state, and throws a fatal TypeError that terminates the process. Patches Patched in the undici version v7.24.0 and v6.24.0. Users should upgrade to this version or later.
CVE-2026-2229 2 Nodejs, Undici 2 Undici, Undici 2026-03-23 7.5 High
ImpactThe undici WebSocket client is vulnerable to a denial-of-service attack due to improper validation of the server_max_window_bits parameter in the permessage-deflate extension. When a WebSocket client connects to a server, it automatically advertises support for permessage-deflate compression. A malicious server can respond with an out-of-range server_max_window_bits value (outside zlib's valid range of 8-15). When the server subsequently sends a compressed frame, the client attempts to create a zlib InflateRaw instance with the invalid windowBits value, causing a synchronous RangeError exception that is not caught, resulting in immediate process termination. The vulnerability exists because: * The isValidClientWindowBits() function only validates that the value contains ASCII digits, not that it falls within the valid range 8-15 * The createInflateRaw() call is not wrapped in a try-catch block * The resulting exception propagates up through the call stack and crashes the Node.js process
CVE-2026-32249 1 Vim 1 Vim 2026-03-23 5.3 Medium
Vim is an open source, command line text editor. From 9.1.0011 to before 9.2.0137, Vim's NFA regex compiler, when encountering a collection containing a combining character as the endpoint of a character range (e.g. [0-0\u05bb]), incorrectly emits the composing bytes of that character as separate NFA states. This corrupts the NFA postfix stack, resulting in NFA_START_COLL having a NULL out1 pointer. When nfa_max_width() subsequently traverses the compiled NFA to estimate match width for the look-behind assertion, it dereferences state->out1->out without a NULL check, causing a segmentation fault. This vulnerability is fixed in 9.2.0137.
CVE-2023-53571 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-03-21 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/i915: Make intel_get_crtc_new_encoder() less oopsy The point of the WARN was to print something, not oops straight up. Currently that is precisely what happens if we can't find the connector for the crtc in the atomic state. Get the dev pointer from the atomic state instead of the potentially NULL encoder to avoid that. (cherry picked from commit 3b6692357f70498f617ea1b31a0378070a0acf1c)
