| CVE-2025-4563 | 1 Kubernetes | 1 Kubernetes | 2026-04-15 | 2.7 Low |
| A vulnerability exists in the NodeRestriction admission controller where nodes can bypass dynamic resource allocation authorization checks. When the DynamicResourceAllocation feature gate is enabled, the controller properly validates resource claim statuses during pod status updates but fails to perform equivalent validation during pod creation. This allows a compromised node to create mirror pods that access unauthorized dynamic resources, potentially leading to privilege escalation. | ||||
| CVE-2022-1708 | 3 Fedoraproject, Kubernetes, Redhat | 5 Fedora, Cri-o, Enterprise Linux and 2 more | 2024-11-21 | 7.5 High |
| A vulnerability was found in CRI-O that causes memory or disk space exhaustion on the node for anyone with access to the Kube API. The ExecSync request runs commands in a container and logs the output of the command. This output is then read by CRI-O after command execution, and it is read in a manner where the entire file corresponding to the output of the command is read in. Thus, if the output of the command is large it is possible to exhaust the memory or the disk space of the node when CRI-O reads the output of the command. The highest threat from this vulnerability is system availability. | ||||
| CVE-2020-8570 | 1 Kubernetes | 1 Java | 2024-11-21 | 9.1 Critical |
| Kubernetes Java client libraries in version 10.0.0 and versions prior to 9.0.1 allow writes to paths outside of the current directory when copying multiple files from a remote pod which sends a maliciously crafted archive. This can potentially overwrite any files on the system of the process executing the client code. | ||||
| CVE-2017-1002102 | 2 Kubernetes, Redhat | 2 Kubernetes, Openshift | 2024-11-21 | N/A |
| In Kubernetes versions 1.3.x, 1.4.x, 1.5.x, 1.6.x and prior to versions 1.7.14, 1.8.9 and 1.9.4 containers using a secret, configMap, projected or downwardAPI volume can trigger deletion of arbitrary files/directories from the nodes where they are running. | ||||
